This unit is fine with a family on a short budget. Host tried to help but several items out of her control. The listing said there was a grill but not actual for more than a year. No smart TV so only TV std antenna which was effected by weather. No dresser, trash can in bathrooms and no safety in bathtub Once more the Host Brenda did her best.. Listing

Do not stay here, cockroach infested

We showed up at about 1230 1 o’clock in the morning. My husband made the reservations on our way down and did not read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until the next day. We arrived went in dropped our stuff inside I went to the bathroom saw something crawl in the bathroom. Wasn’t sure what it was but just kind of ignored it It went into the kitchen turned on the lights and two cockroaches went running one down the sink and one behind a picture in the corner, I screamed freaked out, honey. Get our stuff out of here. There’s cockroaches called the owner she pretended like who is this? What are you talking about? I said we just checked into your facility and there’s cockroaches. She hung up on me. I called Verbo the next day after getting a hotel room at one in the morning , spending more money not knowing if I was going to get my money back on this roach infested facility.they did a three-way call with the owner or/property manager and she’s like you didn’t even come to me with the problem. I said I called you last night she said I had no clue who you were. You called me at 12 o’clock in the morning screaming and I said screaming at you about the cockroaches and you hung up on me. You said that you didn’t know who called you at 12 at night u played stupid. I ended up having to pay for her for 1 night which I did not spend in facility at the end we lost about $400 which is ridiculous. She knows that she’s renting out a cockroach infested place.

Very spacious!

We enjoyed our time here and were actually very surprised how much larger it was in person than what it looked like in the pictures online. The rooms were very big and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. My only complaint was that when we moved the Kurig coffee maker a little forward on the counter (so we could add water to it) the counter was very dirty and a large dead roach was underneath it. It wasn’t a big enough issue to bother the owner with but it made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes in it. We washed everything we used in the kitchen before we used it, and afterwards.

Sufficient Stay

Easy check in. Unit was ok size. There were a few safety issues. one was a rug in living room that first thing my grad daughter tripped over. The edges stick up. I duct tapped the corners down. There is also a few steps into living room. There is a riser that is on edge of step that falls down, pushing you forward. I notified owner of both issues immediately. The dishes were in dishwasher and dirty. I ran it. There were ants in the master bath tub and a hole in the ceiling. We killed a roach in the living room. We didnt see anymore. Overall the unit just needs some finishing. The knobs in the bathroom on the vanity only have 1 screw in them. Laundry area door off track. Alot of the dishes have chips in them and are mis matched. There were no wine glasses. Things were a challenge to find. Utensils in pantry? The chairs are broken in kitchen area. The TV didnt have signal often. It would be nice if there were other SMART TVs in the bedroom(s) Our family stays in VRBO often and have rental property. I often think owners should look at their rentals as if they had to stay there. A little attention to details can go along way.
