Our condominium is on the 2nd tee of the Homestead golf course in Midway.

The beautiful views from the balcony span mountains to the west to the Heber Valley in the east. All the year round recreational activities ensure you will never be bored.
Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Thank you for considering our condo! We are located on the Homestead golf course in Midway, where the views are gorgeous in all seasons. Our complex is managed by Midway Vacation Properties, and our guests have free access to the club house, indoor pool and hot tub.

Midway and Heber offer wonderful recreational activities year round, and the Park City and Sundance ski areas are nearby.

This condo will sleep up to 6 in beds, though Additional very small children in porta cribs may be approved, but we cannot accommodate more than 6 persons who are older than age 2. And please note that if your group is larger than 6, only 6 members of your party will be able to swim. The complex limits their occupancy to 6 guests per unit and therefore they will allow no more than 6 guests per unit into the pool. Please consider that swimming occupancy limit as you decided whether to rent from us.

The Zermatt Resort is immediately across the street from our complex and offers 2 great restaurants. The amenities of the Homestead Resort (warm-water crater for scuba diving, golf course) are also within walking distance. During the summer, the Homestead hosts weekly campfires and free outdoor concerts; in the winter you can book sleigh rides and snowmobile tours.
The condominium has a well-equipped kitchen and a stacked washer/dryer. The dining table seats 8 with the extra leaf (please request if desired), and the bar can seat three. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, oversized tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

This is a top floor unit, which gives the condo wonderful vaulted ceilings, and it also means that from the parking garage to the front door there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a balcony that can be accessed from the living room or the primary bedroom. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living room, and cable TV is provided. We offer wireless internet plans to accommodate your needs.
Smoking is not allowed in the condo, and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Also, the carpets in the condo were replaced recently. We hope to maintain them in good condition. Accordingly we ask guests to make sure children do not consume juice, soda, etc. in the carpeted areas.

Enjoy a meal on the balcony while taking in the 180 degree view.
Play golf on one of five 18 hole courses within 5 minutes.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo.

Midway Vacation Properties is proud to bring you this excellent property! It meets all city and county requirements and has undergone strict safety and health inspections.
Sleep 6 comfortably in the 1200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo.

Ski Stay

Location is great, just outside Heber city you can get to whatever you need within 10-15 minutes. Park City is a 25 minute drive away. Two downsides: 1. The carpet under the couch was disgusting and 2. the housekeeping staff doesn’t leave spices/leftover goods (butter and olive oil and such) in the unit which is a huge - for me.

Amazing stay in a beautiful place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Winteregreen in Midway, Utah, and it was an outstanding experience! Nestled in a stunning mountain setting, this resort offers breathtaking views that make you feel right at home in nature. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The full kitchen was a fantastic feature, allowing us to prepare meals at our convenience and enjoy dining together in a cozy atmosphere. Whether we were exploring the beautiful surroundings or unwinding in the pool and hot tub after a day of adventure, every moment was enjoyable. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. My children loved the game room and the board games we were able to check out for free during our stay. If you're looking for a serene escape with all the comforts of home, I highly recommend the Worldmark in Midway. It's the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Utah!

Fun quick getaway

This was a quick, two night midweek getaway for us. We brought grandma along and the condo was a perfect setup for three adults and two kids. The location was great for us to get to the crater (across the street), tubing and ice castles at soldier hollow (15 min drive) and dining options. Unit was very clean and updated. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Place

We loved our stay in this Wintergreen Condo. It was well appointed, comfortable and in a great location for us!!!! With the exception of our checking in experience, the people at the World mark Desk were super helpful when we needed anything. We hope to rent here again next summer.

The condo was terrific in every way (location, condition, cleanliness, etc). Our 4-day stay truly exceeded expectations, except in one relatively minor regard. While we are not ones to easily criticize others, we adamantly feel it is worth your noting that both my wife and I received a very negative response from the WorldMark agent working the day shift on Sunday, Feb 13th when we arrived. We understood checkin was listed as 4:00, but we got to Midway just after 3:00 and assumed no harm in stopping by the office to inquire if our unit was perhaps available. The agent was away from her desk, and when she did not return I called the contact number I had from you - she answered from nearby as I could hear her in the back as well as on my phone. She seemed very annoyed from the get go that I was asking about the unit and said to come back at 4:00. We had no where to go, so we waited patiently on the porch outside the office. After a while, the agent came back to her desk and I went in to offer my cell phone number (she had not requested it) for her to call me when the unit was ready, as well as to complete any checkin paperwork so once the room was ready we would be all set to go in. She initially told me she could not do any paperwork until the cleaning people were finished. I questioned that, and she just gave us the oddest stare and remained silent. I remained friendly, made it clear I was not trying to be difficult just wanting to streamline the process as I was waiting. Then with a bothered attitude she let me do the checkin paperwork and took my number, and we went out for a little drive. When we came back just before 4:00 without having received a call, she was talking with the agent coming in for the next shift, and told us checkin would now be 4:15 - no apology, no attempt to provide any sort of positive, instead more of the "why are you bothering me" attitude? Again, our reaction was to remain kind, while she made it clear she did not want to be assisting us further. I did not slump away as it seemed she wanted, rather I politely asked her to confirm if the unit number listed on our reservation was still accurate, and if she thought it would be OK if we began to unload our car and place our belongings outside the unit - away from the door or the stairwell (being a end unit, we would not be interfering with anyone else either). We had been traveling couple of weeks by then and were staying 4 nights, so we had a good bit of gear to unload and take up the steps. She then said she could not tell me that, I would have to wait, and gave me another one of her strange silent stares. Again we chose not to engage her, and instead simply went back to the unit, chatted with the very personable cleaning staff and a maintenance guy who stopped by, indicated we did not want them to hurry as it had clearly been a long day for them, and asked if OK to begin placing our stuff outside the door. They indicated they were almost done, it was their last unit to clean, and no problem at all unpacking the car. After they finished and we did not receive a call, my wife went back to the office to get the key. By then the unpleasant agent had left and the evening agent would not give my wife the key, but was kind and apologetic about needing me to show my ID (again???) to get the key. This checkin experience was really bizarre! As a boss, I would want to be made aware that one of my employees was so out of line. Perhaps she had personal issues that day? Whatever the case, she was way out of line and hopefully for you it is not a recurring patten of behavior on her part. Ironically, we were traveling for about a month and found all the other service people we encountered across UT to be extremely friendly other than her.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy, beautiful condo. This space was roomy and quiet. Comfortable beds, sunk in bathtub, room enough to entertain friends. Decorated with a contemporary flair (except for the artwork!) Will definately visit again.

We provide properties that allow our guests quick access to a variety of local activities ranging from over 100 holes of golf between Wasatch State Golf Courses, Crater Springs Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Courses and Red Ledges Golf Course. There are 2 lakes (Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir) within 10 minutes of Midway along with a variety of incredible biking and hiking trails, blue ribbon fly-fishing excursions, horseback riding and ATV/Razor trails and rentals. And of course, downhill skiing all around and even cross country skiing on the 2002 Olympics course at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
