The Space:

Welcome to Park City's finest home away from home! This three-story townhouse provides you with the ultimate relaxation spot in the mountains for you, your family, and your friends. Enjoy an unbeatable location within a mile of downtown Park City and all of its great restaurants, stores, and shops, and Deer Valley Resort, and only one and a half miles to Park City Mountain. There is a free shuttle available during the winter to take you to/from skiing at Deer Valley Resort. The array of entertainment opportunities here is endless and there is truly something for everyone!



Upon entering this mountain abode, you will find radiant heated floors right in the entryway. This level hosts one bedroom with carpeted floors, a smart TV, and a convenient en suite bathroom, along with a separate, stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs.



A carpeted flight of stairs will lead you to the second floor of the home, where the main living space awaits. A gorgeous and spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and exquisite wood accents seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Natural sunlight lits up the living area easily. Spread out comfortably on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. Host entertaining board game nights using the provided board games, or surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes for dinner using all the equipment in the well-appointed kitchen. There is another bedroom on this level.



The true star of the home, however, is located on the upper level. There is a spacious deck with an in-ground hot tub that will be yours to enjoy the minute you book this property. Spend relaxing evenings soaking in the bubbly hot tub, washing all of your worries and stress away. Another great amenity you will find here is a gas BBQ. The third level also features the primary bedroom, which offers a desk, a TV, direct access to the deck, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Other perks available include a water softener and whole-home humidifier systems.

Great spot

This house was great for our family staycation. We loved the location and how quiet it was. The hot tub was a big hit. The grill being on a different floor from the kitchen was strange, but we made it work.

We had a great stay. The check in process was very easy, the property was extremely clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. The deck with the spa was a great plus. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would highly the property to anyone interested in staying in Park City.

Overall great stay

We were very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint is that the outside (front door especially) needs to be power washed. Lots of cobwebs and even ran into a couple of spiders walking in and out of the door. Inside was clean and no spiders in site.

Beautiful place. A little aged. Our problem was that the grill and oven in the kitchen did not work.

The location, layout and advertised amenities were great. It was disappointing that the hot tub was not usable the first night because it was set at 80*. With a few adjustments this house could be a 5 star house and stay.

The Gem was a jewel

We had everything we could have needed and a TON of space. Location is ideal, with the free awesome PC transit right outside the door. Being across from Deer Valley Grocery was extra nice! We would definitely recommend Deer Valley’s Hidden Gem to anyone.

Great condo

Looks exactly like the pictures and there is a lot of room to spread out. Loved the sun shining in the huge living room windows. Really enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub. The place was immaculate too. We were only there for 2 nights but would have loved to have been there longer. Will definitely come back in the future.

This condo was great for us and our 3 sons. The bedrooms on different floors gave everyone plenty of space. Kitchen and den are spacious. Games and books available for use. Bus stop on street outside condo for transportation to Snow Park Lodge is very convenient.

The good: 1. location for Deer Valley2. Comfortable living area3. Extra long garage for the big SUV (but narrow)4. Spacious main level bedroom and upstairs master bedroomThe bad:1. Biggest issue was the heater went out the 2nd night when it was 13 degrees. Vacasa sent someone out to try to fix but couldn’t. They provided 4 space heaters to get us through the night, which was helpful but the house was very cold. The following day, the heater was fixed but the motor made a really loud noise when the heater was on, which can be heard in the downstairs bedroom. 2. Hot water runs out after three showers so you will need to wait a little bit of time to shower3. No code or remote for the garage, which means you have to go through the front door to open the garage4. No coffee or any other spare condiments (other than salt and pepper) so you will need to get all the stuff from the store if you cooking.5. In advance of arrival, called and emailed them 3 times to make bedroom with twin beds into a king, which was offered when booking. Housekeeping did not accommodate.

Great vacation rental at Deer Valley!

The property was exactly as described and was clean and orderly. The space was amazing, along with an awesome kitchen. Four adults had plenty of space and accommodations to suit all of us. We did have a couple of minor issues (light bulbs needed to be replaced in shower and hallway of second floor BR; a leaking toilet and a bad HDMI cable for the TV in the Master BR). Vacasa was very responsive and came the next day to fix the issues. Overall, we had a wonderful few days skiing at Deer Valley and loved that we could come home to a pristine hot tub at the house! We hope to rent this beautiful home again next year.

We loved the property but it was very dusty and made us feel sirty

We loved the unit and had a great time. The hot tub maintenance guy came over at 8:00am and was on his phone talking the whole time. It woke us up. We also had a fire alarm chirping all night so we couldn’t sleep one of the nights. We called the maintenance and they came and fixed it but it sent an alert to the Alarm company and fire department. It was an eventful morning. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great getaway

Wonderful townhome and loved the shuttle to the lifts. Great amenities and was perfect for a family getaway. The feedback for the managers/owners is: I’m furious at Vacasa, twice they texted around 415am, waking us up. So much for our good nights sleep!! They just brushed it off when I called them out on it. Cleanliness was ok. We found hair in the master bedding and our son told us on the last night he didn’t sleep in his bed because there was a bunch of hair in it too. It needed a good dusting and there were several dead bugs (at least that means they had sprayed). Owner items to make things even better: none of the plugs in the bathrooms worked, master shower drain is clogged, needs dish towels and oven mitts. Hot tub had a ton of bubbles, need a bubble reducer added. The main door could really use a hotel type lock. With the master at the very top it would be comforting to have more that a digital lock that who know who has access to the unit. Needs a lamp with plugs on the night stands in the master. Had to plug the phone in on the desk across the room at night and when Vacasa is texting at 4am I had to get out of bed to even see who was texting us.
