The unit features laminate flooring and is nicely furnished throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is huge flat screen TV in the living room along with flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and Wi-Fi is available for those of you who must "stay connected" while you are away.

Located on 110th street, the Capri is known for all of it's amazing amenities. You will be your kid's hero when the see the huge indoor pool, large game room with a basketball court, ping-pong table, pool table, air hockey and of course video games! You'll love the tennis courts, workout center and the relaxation of sitting in the sauna! There is a large beach right in front of the hotel and is close to the lifeguard stand and beach rentals. There is no shortage of activities in the area, such as a water park, go carts, miniature golf, jet skis, movie theatres and some of the best restaurants in Ocean City!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
