Beautifully furnished, complete kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Many BBQ’s located throughout the premises for your use. Kona Coast Resort is a 5 star rated property with sweeping ocean views, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs,1 sauna, 2 workout rooms , tennis court’s, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball court, plus an onsite restaurant! Acres of beautiful landscaping for your daily walks. A shopping center is just across the street for your convenience and beaches are within walking distance. This unit has sleeping accommodations for 2 people. If there are more than 2 people in your party, you’ll need to book elsewhere. Mahalo for your interest.

Big island visit

The apartment was clean and comfortably decorated. Spacious lanai with good seating. The lanai overlooks the pool so there is some noise from pool users but we did not find this bothersome. Our only problem was that we arrived at night and the place was quite warm. We needed to figure out how to run multiple fans and open windows to get the place comfortable enough to sleep. AC is a single mini split in living room which did not effectively cool the bedroom.

What a View!

Amazing sunsets and located by the quiet pool area - no loud noises. Full featured stay with all amenities. You will need to go to Check-In to get cards for the pool

Impeccable Designer-decorated Condo

This condo could be in a home design magazine! So beautifully decorated in every detail with accents that fit with the Hawaiian setting. Ending our days relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the lanai was our favorite. The location was convenient for getting on the road and exploring the island. (It is not in walking distance of downtown Kona if that is what you want.) We did not use any of the amenities of the complex, but the grounds are lovely. In short, this was a comfortable, clean, beautiful property that makes you feel like you are in a peaceful retreat.

This has been a successful rental by the previous owner for many years. I recently purchased it in 2021 and live here in between rentals. I block off portions for myself and can be flexible if there is a time when you would really like to stay. So you can always contact me to see if something is workable. When I have guests, I fly to Portland, Oregon and enjoy my condo there.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and covers many acres, which provides paths for walking or jogging. The neighborhood has a shopping center which is right across the street from the resort. The open air trolley stops at the shopping center and takes you all the way to downtown. No need for a car! Keauhou is a majestical area which offers many activities and is so close to all amenities - snorkeling, golfing, sailing, shopping, surfing, etc.

NO STAIRS TO CLIMB. This condo is located on the highest point of the property, making for great ocean views and wonderful tropical breezes. It’s also and end unit which provides more light and privacy, plus better airflow. Also, the shopping center is within walking distance, right across the street and has many restaurants, medical facilities, post office, grocery store, movie theater, and much more. The beach is only 2 minutes away by car. It’s so convenient to use the workout room, then take a dip in the pool to cool off, and enjoy a Mai tai at the on site restaurant- all in one place, with beautiful ocean views.
