このユニットは街に近くショッピングをするのに駐車場を探す心配が無く立地は最高です ラナイからは夕日が見える向きでは無いもののビーチビューは毎朝を素敵にスタートさせてくれます ただラナイへのドアに鍵は無く木の棒で塞ぐ様です… 少しセキュリティに不安を感じます 後、私の滞在中エレベーターは常にクローズされ使う事は出来ませんでした そしてエレベーターは使えたとしてもユニットへは必ず８段程の階段を登るか降りるかしなければなら無い作りでした 今回の旅行は荷物のが多かったので不便でした

Great location! Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the fact they had laundry soap and shampoo. House has great lanai with comfortable furniture. Some suggestions to add would be shorter beach chairs, the ones that come with the condo are tall and cannot be used at the beach unless you sit in the back of the beach, so we had to rent chairs which was kinda a bummer. They did have an umbrella. Also lots of ice trays to make ice which was really handy. No extra blankets were provided, for the fold out sleeper. Other than that the place is great! We have stayed at Kona Reef multiple times and this was one of our favorite condos.

We are grateful for our stay in Kona-the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all our dinners “at home” while minutes walk for city center. The porch overlooking the beach made for lovely family dinners while allowing us to feel connected with the sea from here we made forays to Kealakakua bay, Waimea, Kohala, Hawi, and of course Puʻukoholā Heiau. Sincere thanks for use of this lovely property.

Building looked older , but unit was fresh, and the lanai facing the beach was perfect. Nice pool and great hot tub. Just what I was looking for, and a short walk to town,

Easy check-in. Prompt communication. Loved our location. Pool was nice. For our stay-this worked well.TV was a little complicated but we weren’t here to watch TV that much. Hot tub didn’t work (jets would not come on). Other than that we’d recommend highly

Fantastic location- on the beach very near town

Our lanai overlooked a beautiful beach. With a short walk to town and all the attractions, it was the ideal location. Very nice amenities.Fabulous in every way.

Amazing Ocean view

This was my second stay at this property. And though it's a little more worn than last year it's still an amazing find. My only real complaint was the homeless camp set up on the beach that disrupted the view somewhat. The pool area is wonderful and it's very close to town. I will stay there again. thatthat mared

Great location

Great location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Unit is right on a small beach, the sound and rhythm of the sea is soothing to the soul. Check in and out was quick and easy, property manager is very responsive and friendly.

Great View. Room needs upgrades

The location and view are amazing. Close to everything and the beach is steps away. The pool is large and the outdoor bbqs were clean. I would stay at this location again but not the room. Yes, there was sand in the room but being that close to the beach it’s expected. The floors were very dirty and needs a steam mop. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. The air conditioning does not reach the bedroom. This made sleeping a challenge. No ice maker so I purchased two extra ice cube trays for future guests. The room is dated and needs upgrades but we enjoyed ourselves. Trash is conveniently located.

Great location

Located on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Property was clean and well appointed. I can’t say enough about the property managers and their communication prior to the rental.

Cute Condo in Great Location

This was our second stay at this condo resort. This condo is a nice 1 bedroom located on the south side of the building overlooking Honl's Beach. The condo is very nice and suited two of just perfectly, but can accommodate an additional 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is well appointed, even having a coffee bean grinder (necessary for grinding the Kona coffee beans that you purchase at the growers' farms) and a blender. There is some salt & pepper and a few odds and ends in the kitchen pantry closet available for you to use (we left a bottle of vinegar). Living room has a dining table for eating, so no sitting at the counter for dinners. The lanai overlooks the beach and has a table, 4 chairs, and a laundry rack. From the lanai you can watch the yoga classes at 8am on the beach or the surfers in the water. The constant breeze is nice. There is a plentiful supply of paper products (TP, paper towels) and additional blankets and bedding for use on pull-out sofa. Bathroom has shower only, but that's fine for us. Towels and beach towel provided, and there is a washer & dryer unit in the condo. This condo is located on the 3rd floor but is relatively convenient to the pool and the parking garage (sloped lot). There is an elevator if needed, but usually we walked up the 5 steps from the pool/garage level. The condo resort is fairly quiet, although there is some street noise from Ali'i Drive during the day. It's short walk down to Kailua Kona for shopping and touring.
