Located on 30th floor, the condo has panoramic views of the ocean, Diamond Head, golf course and sunrise! The unit has 2 full size beds, table&chairs, closet, drawers, air conditioner, TV set, DVD player, and Free WiFi in the room.

The lanai of 116sf provides a relaxing space for your stay day and night. The lanai has a dining space, bench, and reclining chairs. You can sit back sun bathing, eating or reading. There is a light you can switch on at night for dining and reading.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, rice cooker and all major kitchen utensils (such as silverware, dishes, cups, chopping board, etc).

The building has great amenities (6th floor) including a large swimming pool, jaccuzi, exercise room, sauna, and BBQ area. Also, a mini-mart(open from 8am to midnight), cafe, rent-a-car office are also on the building site, providing additional convenience.

The laundry card needs to be charged to use the laundry facility on the 6th floor. The minimum charge amount is $5. The trash chute is located on every floor, at the right end corner coming out from the elevator.

The property is located in the heart of Waikiki, close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Walk to the beach. A bus stop is just one block away and you can travel anywhere on the island.

There is a parking in the building operated by the parking company and you can use it for a fee.

Excellent Location

The unit itself was nice. The lanai was a great place to sit and relax. The bathroom was a bit dated. The bidet attachment to the toilet was cumbersome.

Great location with an amazing lanai

Wonderful location just a short walk from restaurants, shopping, bus stops, and the beach. The balcony had an incredible view and the room was comfortable for the two of us.

Honolulu with easy walk to Waikiki Beach and shops

Clean, bright, safe, convenient location with lots of extras and amenities to make your stay like home away from home. Host was very responsive to messages and questions!

Un endroit bien situé et ultra propre

Nous avons adoré ! Ce studio était parfait pour nos besoins. Situé au 30 étage avec une vue extraordinaire sur le canal, le cratère et l'océan turquoise. C'était vraiment très propre et tout le nécessaire y était comme du savon à vaisselle, pour le corps, shampoing, papier de toilette, séchoir à vêtement etc... J'ai eu une bonne communication avec la propriétaire et sans un grand délais de réponse. L'emplacement est parfait! À deux coins de rue ou presque de la plage. Un endroit très sécurisé par les nombreuses caméras partout et un gardien de sécurité à l'entrée. C'est ma deuxième fois dans cette bâtisse et je réserverai à nouveau dans ce studio car tout était parfait. Juste un petit bémol, il faudrait changer le réfrigérateur pour un plus gros car il était trop petit pour nos besoin (famille de 3 ) et enlever les décos inutiles (chandelles) Il faudrait aussi changer bientôt les poêlons mais pour l'ensemble je donne la note de 5*

Terrific

Had a lovely time here. Location is perfect for our needs. Owner provided a few extra things like soap and small shampoos plus some cleaning supplies. Much appreciated.

Great location and view!

Nice compact studio for two. Loved the location. High floor with great views! We loved that parking was included! 6th floor bbq area was really nice. We didn’t use pool or jacuzzi but looked good. Wish there were a few more thoughtful touches that we’ve experienced in other places like a hand towel in bathroom, dish towel to dry dishes, and an extra garbage bag to empty trash. The a/c was extremely loud. We couldn’t sleep with it on or watch tv comfortably. Otherwise, nice stay! Owner was very responsive to questions. Would Recommend!

A great place to stay in Waikiki!

A lot condos claim to be a great place for the price in Waikiki, but this one truly is. Everything was as advertised. The view from the lanai/balcony was fabulous. The size and the seating was far more than expected. It was a great place to have our breakfast in the morning and our grandson just loved it. All of the pictures and descriptions were accurate and the amenities made the stay really comfortable. The condo was very quiet and will make you feel at home. The resort had everything you could ask for. The 6th floor had a great little store, laundry facilities, weight/workout room, pool and jacuzzi, outdoor grills/barbeques and we had access to all of it. The parking was great and best of all FREE! The location was very centralized. It's close to the beaches and if you drive, as we do when we visit the island, you can get to H1 in just minutes. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a clean & wonderful place to stay, at a great price.
