This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath beach home in the South Shores subdivision is bright, modern, close to the beach, and puts you in the perfect spot to enjoy all the area's incredible dining and shopping.

The main living/dining area and kitchen are located on the 1st floor. The large kitchen overlooks the comfortable living space - a great place to gather to plan the day or to spend a night in. Just off the back of the home is the patio where you can enjoy cooking up an amazing BBQ feast on the gas grill.

The master bedroom and a bunk area are located on the 2nd floor. The master features a king bed, TV and private balcony access. The generously sized en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a large shower. Upstairs on the 3rd floor you'll find 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both bedrooms include TVs. The queen bedroom has access to a private balcony as well The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

2nd Floor Landing: Twin-over-twin bunks

The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

Your stay at 19 Moonlit Shores Ln comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect Location

This house was exactly as advertised. It felt brand new, was super clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and the check in process could not have been easier. We had lots of space for our group of four. (There are a lot of stairs in the house, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you). It's in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and our favorite places of Shunk Gulley and Growler Garage. We'd highly recommend this home, and this area.

Fall Break Stay

The house was in a great location, very close to the beach access, shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive over to Grayton or Seaside. This house had a great layout and the back patio area was a great bonus. As always with Benchmark, the house was very clean upon arrival with the bonus of travel size soaps and lotions in all the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect for our families...

Loved being only steps away from restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, and most importantly, a beautiful beach. Our families came together to enjoy the 3 levels of this tranquil home. The 2 upper level balconies and large front porch was especially enjoyed for sunrise and sunset. We were there during the coldest time of the year, and had to reach out to the Benchmark Management team for assistance with the heat. Not only was the response time within seconds, by multiple staff members, but a maintenance person was dispatched immediately. I felt like we had true VIP treatment! Benchmark continued with a follow up to ensure our visit was as expected. Both management and maintenance staff were prompt, professional, and super personable. We would definitely recommend this listing, and look forward to being able to return again in the near future.

Perfect Spot!

The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our party of 5. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious. And the front porch was perfect for morning coffee. It was a 3-4 min walk to the beach - just straight down the road (with sidewalks) and an even shorter walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and gift shops. It was the perfect location - not in the business of Seaside, but close enough for a quick drive, very close to the beach and anything else you might need on vacation.

Nice house...but not quite as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice house and a nice experience. Very large & spacious home with most amenities provided. Extremely disappointed in the fact it smells strongly of a smoking home when it’s listed as non-smoking. I had to return home and wash all of our clothing/luggage to get rid of the smell. Also, there’s not near enough living room furniture to match the size of the home. Our family of 6 struggled every evening finding enough seats to relax and had to use hard chairs to make the difference. The upstairs balcony door didn’t latch properly which is a major safety hazard and there’s currently no ‘gulf view’ as listed due to new construction being built right in front of the home. Also, there are a LOT of steep stairs between the levels of the home if that’s an issue for you. These are just a few of the things that we noticed that were frustrating to our family but we made some great memories together & that’s what is most important!

And the top balcony door did not latch which was a safety hazard for my child.
