- Brand new Adirondack chairs on the balcony are a great place to take in the ocean breeze, or wind down with a book.
- Large, fully equipped kitchen awaits. Perfect for the chef in your family! - Vacation coffee is a must-have! We've got you covered with complimentary Kalos Coffee, and a Keurig Duo as well.
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- Bathroom comes fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Family friendly; pack n play provided as well if you need for your little one.

✨Time for the beach!
- Easy breezy beach access. When you're ready, you are 350 ft away from private beach access. Just across 30A through the Gulf Place arch!
- You also have the option of heading over to Ed Walline Access point. Just a 5 min walk away. you'll find parking, showers, restrooms, and lifeguards here as well!
- Leave your beach gear at home! We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a beach cooler, and a cart. You should be all set for a perfect day on the beach!
- 2 complimentary bikes provided!

Primary bedroom: King bed with fun mermaid details, brand new 50' smart TV, ceiling fan, and connecting En Suite Full bathroom
Guest room: Additional king bed. Decked out in coastal blues with ceiling fan, brand new 50' smart TV, and plenty of storage for all you've packed (and more!)
Bunk Hideaway: Before you get into the main living space, you'll find a bunk bed, twin over twin. Great for the kids!
Living Room: Brand new queen sleeper sofa.

Other things to note:
- Parking for is available all around the Gulf Place Community. There are no assigned spaces.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are rare, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
