The bed was uncomfortable and no water pressure in the shower
2026 年 7 月に 3 泊滞在
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 8 月 6 日)
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify for future guests that it is simply not true that the shower has no water pressure. After receiving this review, we immediately had the shower inspected by our cleaning team, and they confirmed that it is functioning properly with completely normal water pressure. The most likely explanation is that the shower diverter button, which switches the water fully from the bathtub faucet to the showerhead, was not completely engaged. Had we been contacted during the stay, we could have resolved this in just a few seconds. Regarding the bed, we understand that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference. However, many of our guests have specifically commented on how comfortable the beds are. If the mattress topper wasn’t to your liking, we would have been happy to suggest removing it to better suit your preference. During your entire stay, you never contacted us about either of these concerns, so we had every reason to believe everything was going well. We also sent several messages checking in to make sure you were comfortable, but we did not receive a response. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any questions or concerns. We respond promptly and are committed to resolving any issues immediately so our guests can enjoy the best possible experience.
