Such a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment! Right next to the southern end of Forsyth Park. Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street. Every room is newly renovated in this historic apartment. This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. City of Savannah SVR-01613

The hosts were very welcoming. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived and we had no issues during our stay. Very conveniently located to Forsyth park and not far from the river.

Loved the house. The location by Forsyth Park was a quiet family friendly area, with walkable restaurants, and just what we wanted. We liked the decor, stylish and distinctive, and there were all the home comforts.

Nice stay

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend. House was clean and comfortable, it also has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Quite area but still close to things we were doing. The 1 assigned parking spot (which we were aware of) is very tight. I have a small small SUV and it hardly fit. Yes you do have other parking available on the street so it all works out well.

Good stay, good coffee around the corner

This house was in a good location for us because we wanted to be close to the action but not have all the road/crowd/party noise at night. It is feet from Forsyth Park and a good coffee shop, Sentient Bean. It is quite a walk to River Front but if you don’t mind the distance, go for it. By day 2 our feet hurt so we Ubered a couple times.The only thing I noticed is the that the living room furniture is a little more aged than the picture shows but it was comfortable and a good area to chat. Would stay here again.

Cutest place in Savannah!

This location was perfect for all the things to do in Savannah! This place is decorated so cute & clean. All 3 bedrooms have a king size bed which is hard to find. It worked great for us 3 couples staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for a visit.

Great location, beautiful finishings, terrible wifi

Overall the house was very nice. The description indicated access to the unit was in the back via the alleyway, however the alleyway was completely blocked and dug up by huge construction vehicles. We were not advised of this issue in advance and when I called to ask what to do I was told they were not aware of the situation - which I feel it is the property manager responsibility to be aware of what is happening at their property. Also the construction lasted our entire stay and had clearly been started days if not weeks before we arrived. We had to carry all our luggage and young child around the side of the building through a very narrow space that was full of broken glass. Also, the wifi was terrible - 2mps download speed. I tried calling to advise of this situation as well. I left a message but never got a return call.

Perfectly designed space!

The home was open and spacious and perfectly designed. The parking is very limited and you will need a small car. Please don't bring a truck like we did.

Girls trip

Great spot just off Forsyth Park! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, decor was adorable. Downtown was a bit of a walk but Uber’s were readily available and inexpensive.

Very Nice

The place was as described. Very nicely decorated and located in a perfect area for getting to all of the areas to sight see, shop, etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The one negative is the parking. The spots are in back in a narrow alley and aren't large enough unless everyone has a very compact car. Too many obstructions and really difficult to get in especially if the person in the spot next to you keeps inching over. Definitely need improved parking!
