This condo offers an open concept great room, complete with furnishings that are in classic Hawaiian style. The living room boasts a full wall of glass doors that open up onto a covered lanai, where the view is breathtaking. Enjoy the gentle swaying of palms, refreshing ocean breezes, and the rhythmic crashing of waves from this condo that is situated just steps from the water. The outdoor table is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning as the island slowly comes to life.

Another table is situated indoors, comfortably seating 6 for family dinner. The full kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals if desired. We have stayed at Lae Nani many times, many of them in this unit. The view of the bay and the magnificent gardens is superb from the lanai. The apartment sparkled from a recent update that included new kitchen appliances. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo well furnished, beautiful grounds, nice pool area. Start the day off on the lanai with an amazing view.

Great place and location

The VRBO was in a great location, very clean, and had beautiful views of the beach. Also, having AC in each of the two bedrooms was very welcomed.

GREAT location!

Loved staying in Pap'aa - great location, could go north or south very easily. This condo is south of town so didn't need to go through the 'busy' section of town to get to Kihei. The A/C's were wonderful in the bedrooms too!

Our family loved our stay at Lae Nani. The views are amazing, the location is centralized and the island is relaxing. We enjoyed going to Lava Lava, the Marketplace for shaved ice and relaxing on the beautiful grounds. I highly recommend Lae Nani for families.

Fantastic Stay

Great place. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Central location on the island and close to shops, restaurants, etc. Overall property was very well maintained. One suggestion I have is to replace the carpet and put in wood floors. We will definitely come back again.

A lovely home away from home

Our party has been visiting Lae Nani since the early 1980s and stayed at about a dozen different properties in the complex. This unit ranks among our top three favourites for its location on the beautiful grounds of Lae Nani and the numerous amenities it offers.

Amazing location, great condo with spectacular view

View from 2nd floor balcony was incredible. The beach, pool and grounds were awesome! The condo came equipped with everthing needed to feel at home. The property manager, Cindy, was great and responded immediately to all our inquiries. A must stay in Kauai!

Beautiful View!

This view was amazing! We loved being able to sit out on the lanai and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The beach was awesome and we enjoyed taking our 1 year old there because part of the beach has no waves and makes it very nice to wade and play in the water. The property was very pretty. Within walking distance to a fun restaurant next to the ocean.

Beautiful View

Loved the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The grounds are kept up nicely. Enjoyed the beach in front of the property and the pool area. Having the BBQ's on the property was nice. We ate most of our meals at the condo. The unit could use some updating but had everything that we needed and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location

Loved the location of this property, although the traffic in the town was a pain. There were ants in our kitchen, so all food had to be put away, even non refrigerated stuff. We loved the view from the porch. Overall, very nice.

Exceptionally breathtaking location

Lae Nani’s location cannot be beat. We enjoyed the breathtaking views every morning in this tranquil paradise. Listening to the melodic waves of the ocean just feet away was a true gift. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the private beach is spectacular. . The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped. We are grateful we found this rental and will be back for years to come.

Perfect beachfront condo for our extended stay

Great location and so nice to have easy access to a nice pool and a swimmable beach with a rocked off area for small kids. Condo was clean and well stocked. We stayed there for 2.5 weeks and it was perfect for our family. Building 5 is quiet and the didn’t have a lot of foot traffic which was nice. Property company was very responsive and it was nice that they were also able to accommodate our request for any early check in. Would stay here again! Thank you.
