Walking distance to downtown/beautiful mountain views.

Recently renovated home on a private road with a stunning view Mt. Jefferson. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new appliances, with large kitchen and breakfast nook. New carpet living area and bedrooms. Features include large front porch with rocking chairs, back deck with grill, table and chairs facing a expanse private wooded lot. Plenty of parking available. One pet under 30 lbs. is allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $25/night. PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval is required if you are requesting to bring more than one pet. We reserve the right to decline the rental if prior approval is not requested. There is an additional fee of $10/night for each guest after 2 people. This will be added to the quote during booking. Cleaning fee includes bed linens, towels, wash cloths and trash removal on departure.
Note:
1. We do not allow social gatherings like wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday events, etc.
2. The person booking the reservation must stay at the property for the entire rental period. We do not allow sub-renting.

We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to downtown West Jefferson was perfect. The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We love to cook and it’s rare that we find a home that meets our needs when it comes to cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this delightful home.

We loved our stay at this special home on a hill. The view was gorgeous and set in a quiet area so you felt alone even though close to West Jefferson. Host was great to work with. A perfect getaway for two cyclists there for a weekend of biking. We will be back!

The property is on a private, quiet road with a great view of Mt. Jefferson and yet it's only a 3 min drive to city center of West Jefferson. You don't need to be 30 minutes out of town to enjoy a great view and privacy.
