We had the best stay ever at Villa Romah! 2 families, it was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and perfectly safe. Nico was a great host, we’ll definitely come back to this place.

Great location

The property has the best location, very quiet and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and well decorated. The back yard was exactly as it appears in pictures. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back vacation.

Spotless and recently updated with everything you need for your family.

Nicolas is a very responsive and professional host. His property was spotless and recently updated with all amenities necessary for a family (namely a gaz bbq, which is very rare in the area). Our family of 4 had a very lovely stay. Thank you again!

Annual get away

We have been going to St Martin for 20 years, Nicolas and Villa Roman, rank in the top of rentals we have ever had. We’ve had larger and fancier. But, they couldn’t compare to the location of Villa Roman and the attentiveness off Nicolas. I can not say enough how much we all enjoyed our time there. We will certainly plan to come back if it is not completely booked.

Great Villa

We stayed here with another family for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone. We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the beautiful, comfortable, and very well manicured back yard and pool area. We took advantage of the super short walk to Kakao beach bar and got beach chairs for the day from Cedric who was recommended to us by Nicholas. Cedric took great care of us and the beach was beautiful. There are water toys to rent and plenty to walk to. We also walked to the shopping/restaurant area for groceries and dinner. The proximity to all these amenities was perfect. Nicholas’ villa was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a couple breakfasts and one dinner. We would highly recommend Nicholas’ villa to anyone wanting a chill beach vacation with an amazing outdoor space. Nicholas was easy to contact and answered all of our questions quickly. Great spot and wonderful vacation! Thank you, Nicholas!

A Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO & it truly exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional! The location is ideal & within walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops. The house itself was immaculately clean & tastefully decorated, it immediately felt like a home away from home. From spacious living areas and a well-equipped kitchen, the attention to detail was evident throughout, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided (BOSE speaker, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, outdoor drying rack, TV apps, etc) The backyard was a retreat in itself with the pool, outdoor dining/lounging & manicured landscaping. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day & a glass of wine while playing cards in the evenings. The outdoor spaces were well-maintained & thought through all the way down to an outdoor shower by the pool & a spigot out front for rinsing your feet once returning from the beach. Communication with the property owner was seamless. Nicolas was extremely responsive, accommodating & provided island tips & tricks & even helped us arrange our car rental. It was evident that he cared about our experience & wanted to ensure we had a memorable stay. This VRBO property is a gem & has it all! We highly recommend it & can't wait to return for another vacation. Thank you to the owners for sharing their slice of paradise with us!
