ORIENT BAY BEACH TERRACE SEA VIEW Beautiful beachfront condo up to 6/7people with 2 bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms, and a versatile mezzanine bedroom with either 2 separate beds or a king size double bed. Extra bed is possible for a 7th person The fully equipped kitchen is open to a spacious and carefully decorated living room. Separate WC, ample storage space. Double pool, parking space, WiFi, and air conditioning. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The entire apartment is accessible, as well as the residence pool. A dedicated parking space nearby is provided for them.

The Tamaris was previously managed by another property manager and was known as 2L49. With the change in management, a new listing had to be created. However, you will find reviews from previous travelers in the pictures. Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water outages that can last for several hours. Please note that outages cannot be the subject of a partial or total refund.

At the edge of the Orient Bay beach estate, its famous restaurants, water sports and local shops Close to Hope Estate shops by car: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery 10 minutes from Grand Case airport 20 minutes from Juliana SXM International Airport 15 minutes from the Dutch side

Orient Beach Vaca

Ideal location !!!Walking distance to all the best beaches and restaurants Bright and clean and roomy condo Will be back again next year(Only one toilet in condo , but was not a problem for the 2 of us)

our stay

We were excited about this stay before we arrived. We arrived and everything was great. The next day we go to the beach and we come back and there is near no water pressure. We reached out and she said orient bay has water problems. Made it sound like it was our fault for not researching the water there even though in her advertisement it says efficient water. We could not use both showers at the same time let alone run the sink water at the same time. Then I was moving my bags around and we had ants in the main bedroom. I have photos. In her advertisement she also says what's included and we are trying to find extra garbage bags. we come to find out she only includes ONE garbage bag for over a week stay. We paid a pretty penny to stay here and now we are responsible to provide her with extra garbage bags as well. I would not stay here again.

Girls getaway

Condo was just as described. Beautiful view overlooking the ocean. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. Lauren was very accommodating and helpful.

Great location!

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the prime location of this property. With the beach just across the street and numerous restaurants and a supermarket nearby, convenience was unparalleled. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the manager's responsiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
