Beachside downtown Ludington, nestled on a historic avenue! This beautiful home has just been freshly remodeled and this is the first season it's available!

You'll find 3 stylish bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and comfy pull out sleeper sofas to sleep extra guests throughout.

Big backyard and garage with ping pong table and toys too. Just a 5 minute walk to Stearns beach on lake MI and downtown. Enjoy the serenity of a quiet residential avenue with easy access to our little town's amenities!

The home sits on the historic split avenue just a couple of small blocks from the best public beach in town and a walk to everything download Ludington has to offer. Yet, it's nestled among other quiet single family homes in the middle of a block. Peaceful nights and warm sun exposure on all sides.

Location is absolutely perfect. Outstanding host! Be aware that while there are 3 bathrooms, there is only 1 bathroom upstairs for the 3 upstairs bedrooms. There are no dedicated bedrooms on the main floor, but there are 2 full baths on the main floor. This may be an issue for some as the stairs are steep and a little difficult to traverse. We had a very nice stay and personally would return.

Located in a great location with a lovely backyard. It was a little too cool when we were there to enjoy the outdoor space but the interior had lots of gathering space for our family with lots of bathrooms. Only concern is there is not a bedroom on the first floor, which met my mother, had to climb the steep stairs to the second floor to sleep maybe adding a bed off the kitchen would be a good idea.

The house was clean, very spacious, and a short walk from town. It worked really well for our group of 6. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area with a large group.

Every bedroom had its own window AC unit and TV which was fantastic! Pretty backyard as well and the blackstone was a great hit. We used the blackstone almost every meal.

Great stay near downtown

My family came to stay for a long weekend and we enjoyed the close walking distance to the Ludington downtown area. The common areas of the house were spacious and we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Be warned the stairs are pretty steep and besides for the main bedroom, the other beds aren’t that big. It worked out for our family though because there were enough beds and a pullout. The air conditioning worked fantastically while we were there and overall we had a great time!

Beautiful property a few blocks from the water. Very walkable area. Home had something for everyone. We had a group in for a bike race and very many spaces for options for sleeping and privacy. Highly recommend.
