POOL IS EXPECTED TO BE OPEN JUNE 1, 2024!! The seawall is finished and the pool is almost complete! We have breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the light and airy living area and the spacious master suite. Relax on the balcony, listening to the waves crash and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Walk the sandy beach and see surfers and dolphins riding the waves. Amazing coastal wildlife everywhere! After a sun-filled day enjoy an amazing meal at one of the many local restaurants serving fresh seafood along with live music.

This entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is yours to enjoy during your stay. The excellent 5th-floor location provides a fantastic view of the ocean. Brand new TV's throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new luxury mattress that you will melt into. A wall-mounted TV will allow you to unwind while laying in bed. Enjoy expansive views of the beach while relaxing from the floor-to-ceiling windows across one entire side of the master bedroom are 2 large closets and two luggage racks to make sure your suitcases are within arm's reach. The master bath has a combination tub/shower.

The second bedroom has two queen beds that will comfortably sleep, 4 adults. You’ll enjoy the newer mattresses that will assure a good night's rest. There is a wall-mounted TV for all your entertainment needs. The walk-in closet will give additional space for all of your belongings. The second bathroom has a full shower.

There is a full kitchen with a new ceiling providing brighter light and everything needed to cook and serve meals. The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family where you can stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. Enjoy incredible views of the beach from the floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire oceanside of the living area.

A private washer and dryer are included with this unit. The balcony offers breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 6 chairs provides comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore.

The building is equipped with a Tennis Court, Exercise Room (Oceanfront), Air Hockey, Foosball and the building has a sauna in the library.

Needs Updating/work

The property is in a great location with awesome ocean views and sunrises. When the booking was made almost a year ago nowhere was it stated that the pool would be closed or work being done on the balconies. Apparently this was not being done at the time of the booking as the property owner informed us of the pool closing and balcony work a month before occupancy. Too late to look for another place as it was the week of the Daytona 500. The jackhammering of the balcony work began at 8 am and continued throughout the day making for unpleasant loud noises and vibrations. Informed the owner about the uncleanliness of the place with shower mold, extreme dust on all fans/vents/furniture, outlets not working, bathroom exhaust fan not working, shower doors were damaged and inoperable, stove vent fan/light inoperable, balcony furniture had to be cleaned before use as well as the sliding door windows as you couldn't see out with all the dirt/grime and other items needed cleaning as well. The owner sent someone to try to repair the items however could not as replacement items/parts needed to be ordered. The owners were very responsive to our concerns and apologized but admitted they hadn't been there in sometime to actually see the condo condition. There were no cleaning supplies as stated as we purchased our own to clean up at the beginning of the week. The entire condo is in dire need of updating.

Disappointing condo

We liked the building and location. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Very stale & musty when we arrived. Vents were black with what we expect was mold, which we cleaned the best we could when we got there. Floors were sticky & dirty, which we also mopped main living area…. We ended up cleaning the doors as well they looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. The dryer doesn’t work well which we were advised by the owner 4 days before we left, they knew this prior to us arriving and they didn’t share with us. We expect the air conditioner wasn’t working for the whole time we were there and the AC compressor died 4/5 days before we were due to leave and couldn’t be fixed until after we checked out. The remote control in the smaller bedroom doesn’t work either and was advised to the owner on the second night of our stay. Overall the unit could use a professional cleaning from top to bottom.

Nice property and loved parking garage

Traveled down for Biketober Fest 2023. Area was quiet at night and having the security of the enclosed garage was great. Didn’t have to completely clean and dry off the motorcycle each morning.

Fabulous condo

We had a fabulous 30 days at this condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. Kelly was fabulous. Anytime we sent a message, she always answered right away. We were only disappointed that the pool was gone, but that was it. We will gladly go back.

The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (except a muffin pan and I wouldn’t even have noticed if I didn’t need one 😂). We thoroughly enjoyed the beachfront balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We loved this property. The pictures and description were very accurate. The location was wonderful, away from the busyness of Daytona Beach but still busy enough for my 2 teenage boys. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Daytona!

That VIEW!

We would absolutely stay here again, without hesitation. The owners were excellent to work with, and stayed in constant contact. We did have a slight issue at check in, but Kelly was on top of it, and went above and beyond to make up for it. The condo itself... amazing! The entire condo was so spacious, and THAT VIEW.... my goodness... WHAT A VIEW! Breathtaking! The couch, reclining loveseat, and the bed in the master bedroom were so comfortable, so much so my husband requested to know where they came from. The fan (I know, who reviews a fan), but the fan in the living area gives off so much airflow, it felt so good especially in the sweltering Florida heat. Having the storage area with the washer and dryer was so handy. We met families that have came for the last 15 years and stayed in this building... and they were also nice, and even invited us back to hang with them next year! It was a great trip, we couldn't have asked for much more.

Just Perfect

Everything about this place was perfect for us. The condo has everything you need and then some. Plenty of beach toys for the kids also. Having the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Kelly was very kind and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely be staying again soon.
