***Sept. 2025 UPDATE: There is an extensive concrete restoration project ongoing at the building. The project has moved to the south side where this unit is located. Construction on this unit is complete but noise will be heard during working hours of Monday - Friday 7:45 a to 4 pm. Workers on swing stages will be going up and down the building working. Balcony may not be accessible during working hours due to swing stages. Guests will be updated prior to arrival ***

Located on the south end of the 17th floor, there are only 4 units per floor providing a private escape while offering all the amenities of home. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with balcony access and ensuite bath with separate large vanity area, plenty of closet space and storage. There is a bookcase with various reads to enjoy while relaxing in the sun or during those Florida summer showers. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, balcony access, tv and storage. There is a pack n play and umbrella stroller for those guests with little ones. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living area that can be requested for use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to enjoy a home cooked meal, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, toaster oven with air fry option and guest favorites - waffle maker and Margaritaville drink machine.

Great value, views, access

Building is on older side but clear care is being given... great N Daytona location close enough to be easy to get to but not overwhelmingly busy. Location (up high!!) Was amazing too. Super responsive and helpful host. Property has everything and then some...

Fabulous rental with extremely helpful hosts!

We just finished our visit over the Fourth of July weekend for our daughters’ dance competition. Jaci was exceptionally punctual and helpful with all of my questions/inquiries on the property as well as other nearby restraunts, activities, etc. The check in process was seamless and made for an easy start to our vacation. This condo is updated and beautifully decorated for a fun, beach vibe! There was tons of space for my family of 5 to spread out over our week stay and the view is breath taking (especially with the fireworks that happen down by the pier and bandshell). We loved the easy access to underground parking and direct access to the pool and beach! We will definitely request to stay here for future visits it was a great experience!!

PERFECT place to relax and enjoy the beach!

I looked at so many properties for this trip and I'm SO glad I found this place! From booking to checkout, Jaci and Brad were so responsive and answered all of our questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and need including a wide variety of beach supplies. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. Just as described. The view is just incredible! I shared some of our pictures on Facebook and immediately had friends asking for info about this condo! Everyone was amazed by the views. I loved being on the beach all day, but I equally loved walking into the condo to that view! We enjoyed the balcony, as well. My favorite part was waking up to the sunrise right outside my bedroom window. Plus, the beds were very comfortable! We ended up renting a Jeep for two days and the parking situation was very easy and convenient. We enjoyed taking a road trip up the coast and checking out some small town beaches. My sister and I take a trip every year and we hope to stay here again. If this place is available during your vacation dates, you need to book it!! Thank you for everything, Jaci and Brad! :)

The bright spot in our trip, a true gem

Jaci was very communicative and accommodating even before our arrival. The condo itself is amazing with awesome views and is actually as huge as it looks in the photos. But, what made this stay above others for us was the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing accoutrements throughout the house beyond the usual bare minimum. We were really able to make ourselves at home without running to the store every day for essentials that are difficult to bring along when you fly rather than drive. This made hanging out in the condo on the two days our music festival got rained out comfortable and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay and will never rent from anyone else in Daytona Beach.

Jeep Beach 22 vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was just as described. The view from the master bedroom and living room balcony was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the beachy decor. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Communication with the host Jaci was easy and response was quick. We liked the fact of the designated parking spot in the secure parking garage. It was just and overall great vacation. We hope to be able to come back next year. Thank you!!

Amazing views!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and beautiful in every room. It was even stocked with fun things such as beach towels, lots of extra bedding, and beach toys. The owners did a great job with communicating with us. Bonus is that It has incredible views. We can not recommend this place high enough. If you are looking for a great place to stay you have found it.

Awesome condo!

We were entertaining guests from Europe and this condo was the perfect fit for our trip. Awesome wrap around balcony allowed for great views of the beach, ocean and south end of Daytona. Jaci was VERY accommodating and speedy to respond with any requests/issues. This is a great alternative to any hotel stay. The full kitchen was great to have for cooking our catch of the day. Highly recommended!

Great stay!

Our stay was great! Beautiful views of the ocean! Close to NCAA cheer competition which was very convenient! Owners were very responsive and easy to work with! Condo was clean! Overall great trip! Would rent again!

Ocean Oasis

Our three week stay was overwhelmingly spectacular. This was our second stay in this unit. The hosts are gracious, informative and respond to inquiries promptly. The property is clean and the condo is roomy, decorated in a lovely “beachy” style, very clean and comfortable. The view from the condo is 100% ocean front. Can’t wait to return!

Great location, excellent property

The property was very clean and modern. Very well appointed with just about everything any one would need for a great stay. The property is in a great location, slightly away, yet close enough for anything you may need or want to do. Owners are great to work with.

Excellent Property

This Condo is AWESOME! 17th floor, beach view. Great sunrises and excellent for also watching the moon come up over the ocean! Great convenient location to everything, Daytona Beach! If we go back to the area, we will be trying to stay here again, for sure!

Great view

Very nice property. Incredible views of the beach and down the strip from both bedrooms. We have stayed in this building previously and the view from condo was better than our previous one. Would highly recommend.

Impressive Accommodations!

This condo is pleasantly updated and comfortably decorated. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The building is quiet and secure, with pool and beach just steps away. Owners were easy to reach and responded promptly when we had questions. We’ve already booked another stay; looking forward to our next trip!

Quiet and Clean Beach experience!

We LOVED this property and condo! It was exactly as pictures showed- no surprised. Covered parking and felt great in the condo and property area. Jaci, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful- friendly and kind! Thank you again for sharing your home! The ONLY thing I didn't understand was the busy street on the other side of the building. Noisy, but thankfully, it was a fairly quiet week I think. I would say only that we've never been to Daytona before- it was not what we were expecting from a city perspective. We tended to head north and NOT go to Daytona (to the South). Overall, wonderful stay and the PERFECT beach area to walk and sit- GREAT pool also!
