Stunning home in the heart of Topinabee, MI with Mullett Lake frontage.

This beautiful Northern Michigan home is located in a prime area with 100' of frontage on Mullett Lake, part of Michigan's famous inland waterway which allows you access to Lake Huron, Cheboygan River, Black River, Mullett Lake, Indian River, Burt Lake, Crooked River, and Crooked Lake.

In the home you will find a beautiful dining room with a gas fireplace, a large great room with a gas fireplace and windows overlooking Mullett Lake. The lower level of the home you will find a nice bar area for entertaining along with a hickory pool table, there is also a second living room in the lower level.

Attached to the upper level of the home you will find a beautiful trex deck overlooking Mullett Lake with a hot tub. Walking out from the lower level you step out onto a stunning paver patio with a beautiful firepit. Near the lakeshore you will find a 1600 sq foot patio with ample seating, a fire pit, gazebo, gas grill, and day cabin that has a couch and additional fridge to keep your drinks cold on a hot summer day. Great area for gathering the group and hanging out by the lakeshore. To top it off there is mooring buoys available for boats (boats cannot be tied to docks, fines applied if damage occurs).

For your convince there is also a well-stocked gas station/party store that is within walking distance of this property that has the best breakfast pizza around.

The above property is all season recreation. The summers are great for boating, jet skiing, fishing, sunbathing, and swimming. Fall and Spring are great for riding ATVs on the many miles of trails to the East of Mullett Lake. Winter is for snowmobiling, skiing, and ice fishing with close proximity to the snowmobile trail (the trail runs through our property), ski resorts and casinos.

Property is 5 miles North of Indian River, exit 310 off I-75. Four hours from Detroit and 30 mins from Pellston Regional Airport.

This was our second visit to this property, and Lord willing, we’ll come again. Such a lovely setting with the lake across the road, offering walking paths and fire pits, and even ice cream treats and s’mores supplies as an unexpected treat! The home is so spacious and offered plenty of seating for meals and relaxing. The pool table was a bit hit, along with the fireplace and hot tub. We appreciated well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and rustic decor. We will forever cherish the memories we made as a family here. So grateful to Jodi for her gracious and generous hospitality! God bless!

Family Reunion

Great location, great amenities, plenty of room for 23 people, 5 cars, never seemed like we were on top of each other. The hot tub and air conditioning are bonuses.

Buddies golf trip

We had 16 buddies on our annual spring golf trip and absolutely loved the accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. We cooked meals each night and found everything we needed to prepare and enjoy some wonderful meals.

Family Vacation

Lovely large home across the street from Mullet Lake. The house was clean, the view from the deck lovely. Julie and Jeff were great hosts. Only complaint was smell from lower bathroom drain and that the 2 upper bedrooms were warm so had to sleep with doors open to feel AC from other rooms.

Thank you. Your group was great! We are sorry for any inconvenience. We had a professional plumbing company repair done this week to remedy the smell. We hope that will be the fix until we can do complete renovation. We have also purchased additional fans to help move the air throughout the house.

Excellent winter getaway

Couples annual golf weekend

Five couples enjoyed a fun filled golf, cards, games, hot tub and bonfire weekend! Jodi was an amazing hostess and her home was beautiful and very well stocked!! Weather could have been a little warmer , but overall we had an amazing weekend creating memories with great friends! Thanks again!

Perfect family getaway!!

This was an amazing stay for our family of 16 for our annual family ski trip!! Plenty of beds for everyone and the house is amazing! Fully stocked with everything you need! We truly enjoyed our time together and will be back! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicative!

Beautiful Lake Get-away

We had such a nice time at the house and really appreciated the communication with the owners. The walk down to the lake has a path that connects to the dock by crossing a busy road. There was a lot of space and the porch was lovely for coffee in the mornings while overlooking the lake. We were central to a lot of activities in northern Michigan and made it up to the UP for a hike as well. We would definitely come again. The hot tub was out of commission and the owners tried to fix the hot tub during our time there, but it's ready for the next group!

The Host Was Awesome!!

The House was beyond our expectations. Everything was in good order and plenty of beds for our fishing group. The host was more than helpful with any of our needs. The only down was the road coming in was in bad shape, but that's not the Host fault its the county for not grading. If you have a large group i would recommend this place 100%.

Beautiful views

House was beautiful and fully stocked. We had plenty of room to spread out and beds and furniture were comfortable. Quiet area but close to a lot of towns and sites to visit.

The house provided plenty of space for my extended family weekend vacation. It made a trip to Mackinac Island easy, and we enjoyed the clean hot tub and walking distance to Mullett Lake. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals for a crowd. It smelled a little musty downstairs but there was a dehumidifier to help with that issue. I would say it's not ideal to have the smallest bathroom downstairs where all the bunkbeds (kids sleeping area) are. It was really strange that there was a keypad on the outside of the master bedroom door. My dad managed to lock himself out of that room, and there wasn't a code for that door in our online or hard copy itinerary. I had tried calling the host, but it turned out that she was out of town and had another gentleman taking care of issues, which my dad communicated to me and once we made contact with him a walk away (he was very nice), he was able to get ahold of the host to get the code so we could get into that bedroom. That was the only issue. We would stay here again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We are new owners and hoping to make improvements over time. We are working on the lower level with the dehumidifier and trying other things. We are also hoping to renovate the bathroom downstairs. The keypad on the master bedroom is from the previous owner. I have added the code to our information at the house. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are hoping to continue to make improvements as we go.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful week at this cabin. There was so much room and Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions. The house has a beautiful view and we would for sure stay here again. Mullett Lake is such a beautiful lake and the surrounding area has so much to offer and its a quick trip into Mackinaw or up to St. Ignace.

Family Gathering

We stayed at the house for a family funeral in the area. It was well appointed with plenty of space to spread out. Everything was in good condition and had plenty of amenities to make our stay painless. We're hoping to stay again in the future when we get the family together.
