Enjoy the relaxing backyard with comfortable patio furniture, and a great waterfront view. This house is located steps away from a common area pool, hot tub, playground, and a fishing pier. Very close proximity to the beach, biking trails, fishing parks, and boat/kayak launch pads. A great location for nature and outdoor lovers. Always a pleasure staying here. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning makes the day better. The owner has always made us feel welcome. There is a reason we stay here almost anytime we go to the beach.

This place was better than the pictures even showed! The host was friendly and replied to messages within 10 minutes usually. The house was clean and WELL stocked with kitchen ware, bathroom supplies, towels, washcloths.... I would def recommend this house AND host!

As a family group of 7, we had the most beautiful time. The view from the patio was spectacular. The location to beach is not far with lots of restaurants near. Will definitely book here again if possible.

Always enjoyable!

My family and I stay here at least once a year and more often when possible. It’s been a relaxing and relaxing enjoyable time every time. The property is very comfortable and the views of the bay in the morning are mesmerizing. The kids always enjoy the pool and I love being able quickly get to anything on the Port Isabel or island side.

Our stay was great. We had a few hiccups along the way but Fred was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. The view from our house was amazing and everything to do was very close by. Highly recommend!

Ideal location on the edge of Port Isabel

The property was exactly what we needed it to be - the pictures were accurate - everything worked - My family of 5 enjoyed the pool 1 house away - I enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was overall. It is a quiet place with a great view of the bay. My only issue was every time I received a pdf file from the host I needed to use my laptop to open it because my android phone could not open the file. No other issues! So that pdf file had the gate code, and door code, so that was important, I was able to reach out to some extended family who were able to help me out so that was the only hiccup.

Great Beach House at Port Isabel

Great overall stay and property with fantastic views of Laguna Madre. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. No real negative comments to give. Pool was right next door so that’s great for kids. Property was easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again if we head that way!

This home was beautifully maintained, everything inside was super clean and comfortable, great location - 2 -5 min drive from all the stores you’d need, 15ish to SPI. Pool was a lovely amenity.

Great Family Time!

It was just a weekend but it felt like a month of relaxation...we enjoyed the view, seating outside for a coffee every morning, and a wine bottle at the end of the day! The proximity to the pool was great as well.

Great Winter Get Away

We spent three weeks at this property. The location is exellent. Overlooks the bay with an excellent view of South Padre Island. The house is in a gated community so there are no real concerns about safety. The location has access to most needs within a few miles. The quality and variety of food available was quite surprising. Restaurants are plentiful with good variety. We found plenty of activities with which to ccupy our time. Our only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better provisioned. There was only 4 table settings. There is no broiler pan orcan opener. More food storage containers would be helpful. There is a Kurieg coffee maker but a good drip maker would be preferred for those who want to make multiple travel mugs to take with them or like to have their coffee ready first thing. Overall this property is good value. Thank you for a nice visit.

Hello, my name is Fred Lopez and I'm married to my wife, Kenya and we have an only son, David. I'm born and raised in South Texas, I'm an army veteran, and we currently reside in Edinburg, TX. We enjoy the outdoors and the south Texas weather for the most part (it can get very hot!). We both have done work and vacation traveling and realize that we have a great vacation spot very near to our permanent home.
We're both full time professionals, my wife is an educator, and I work in the construction industry. We understand the importance of having a calm and peaceful getaway.

We fell in love with this property because of the great location and benefits offered in the gated subdivision. The backyard has great views and ambiance. We have been visiting the South Padre Island area for many years and would always talk about buying property to get away from our normal daily life routine. This property gives us that getaway we have been looking for.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The uniqueness of this property is two-fold. One is a relaxing ambiance with Laguna Madre as your backyard. The balcony has a great view of the ocean, swimming pool, and fishing pier. Enjoy the backyard patio set and decks which offer many sights and sounds of nature with birds, dolphins, and fish. The other is all the amenities offered by the subdivision HOA. You are in a private, gated subdivision and that is great peace of mind. You can enjoy the pool side chairs and tables, swimming pool, or the hot tub. You can fish from the fishing pier, wade fish, or kayak fishing. There are trails just outside the subdivision that connect to some very scenic routes for walking, running, or biking. In addition, there is a subdivision common area with picnic tables, kids playground, and a basketball half-court.
