Great Location - short drive to South Padre Island and close to all amenities in Port Isabel. The small gated community felt safe to leave our bikes outside and felt quiet from the busy highway. We would’ve liked more/nicer kitchen equipment to have been supplied. And we had to go buy our own paper products needed for the 10 day stay. No blankets/bedding provided in 2nd bedroom. And master bed was not very comfortable But the house overall was pretty and bright.

We had a great time here and everything was very well kept and organized. We had some trouble with the gate code upon check-in but thanks to Edgar and his quick responses we were in our room in a matter of minutes. Overall the house was great and the stay was even better ! Highly recommend for a family getaway

Beautiful property in a great location. The host was immediately available when I had a question about the gate code and entering the home. There was no delay in communication. My son enjoyed playing basketball on the community court with the water and palm trees in the background. We enjoyed our time in the home.

Wonderful place to stay. Full amenities, quiet location and a small park across the street. 15 minutes from Sea Turtle Inc, and everything else we did was closer than that. Walmart and HEB, and several restaurants just a few minutes down the road. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful view pool area. Peaceful and very comfy beds.

We had a great time over all. Our only complaint was the state of the place when we arrived; it was disheartening to see. We had to tidy up and bring our own toilet paper which should not be the case on a vacation. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for housekeeping to arrive and complete their process.

Honest review

I have been staying at places on VRBO for quite sometime now. I will say that the pictures on the listing are misleading. It was not at all what we expected. Everything is across the street and the pool area is not that great. They dont allow grilling or music or having drinks there. Also, the cleanliness of the unit we were staying in was not that great. We saw smashed mosquito in the shower curtain. We also found hair in the bedding that was not ours. I did enjoy how Edgar was very quick at replying to our request. He was good but it was mainly the misleading pictures and the cleanliness for us. Also we had trouble unlocking and locking the door with the code.

Filthy!

This place was so filthy, we left early. We would not walk on any floors without shoes. The upstairs carpet was covered in dog pee (and other) stains. Here is a list of the issues.Carpet filthy and not vacuumed Master toilet was full of dirty mop water and hairShower had hair in itBath soap bottle emptyFitted sheet inside out (accident or reused?)Second bedroom had flat sheets wadded up and not put on bed but covered up with bedspreadChips and other items under the couchDiapers between the two couches that looked like they had fallen downGiven wrong access code to get in the houseCoffee maker had old filter full of old used coffee in itHigh chair full of old dried foodMop bucket and mop left on back porchDog poop in back yardDish soap bottle emptyLight fixtures, walls, and baseboards very dirtyI could go on and on. I’m not sure how this place received good ratings. Don’t waste your money like we did! I messaged the property manager a few minutes after we got in the house to let him know how dirty it was. I have yet to hear back!

So convenient to S Padre Island, but out of the island crowds. Really nice pool and hot tub, as.well as playground on the bayfront.

Loved It!

House was very nice. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and great living area/kitchen downstairs. Small backyard for our little dog. Great basketball court and evening sunsets. We didn’t use the community pool at all though it looked nice but was quite small. Would love to stay in this small Port Isabel community again.

Home Away from home

Property was clean and cozy, everything worked great. Cooking pans, Utensils, games were available The only misleading thing we seen were the scooters and the PS4.. You have to pay the host an additional $60 to have access to it. So take your own if your kids don't like to swim or be outdoors while on the Property.

Excellent Location

Senior couple with senior dog found layout and location were perfect for our extended weekend stay. Only challenge for some could be the tall steep steps up to bedrooms.
