Bright house in a quiet area with swimming pool, terrace, garden and bykes.
Welcome to the "Maison des Oyats" on the island of Oléron.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds.In the upstair bedroom there is also an additional single bed. The house can accomodate 9 people but the sofa bed on the mezzanine can accomodate 2 more people (the price is an additional 20 euros per person per night).
We accept pets. Remember to include it in your reservation (10 euros per animal per night).
Upon your arrival you will find the beds made and we will provide you with towels.
We lend out adults bycicles, but they are your responsability if you use them. Please check that they are in good condition before riding them. I cannot check the condition of the bikes between each tenant.
The kitchen is very welle equipped with an oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and everything you need to cook and enjoy.
The terrace is large ans well shaded by a large and magnificent palm tree. The garden is 635 m2 and well planted with trees. There is a barbecue and sun loungers and a big table and chairs outside.
There are 2 free parking spaces in front of the house and it is possible to park 1 or 2 cars in the garden.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 200 euros.
