Your morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise are the perfect prescription for relaxation.

FIRST-CLASS LODGING and excellent amenities make Paradise Pointe a top choice for summer vacations and weekend getaways. Cool off in the pool, relax in the lazy river, or just lounge on the sundeck and relish in another beautiful day at the beach. Special resort features include an indoor pool (heated Nov 1 - May 1), outdoor pool (opens May 1), lazy river, and a kids' pool.

FREE WIFI is in all condos so you can stay conveniently connected. You can enjoy a seaside winter at Paradise Pointe. Several condos are available November-March with very attractive off-season monthly rates. NOTE: Paradise Pointe is a tobacco-free vacation resort (smoking and smokeless), including balconies and grounds.

The resort has a covered parking garage that does not accommodate oversized vehicles, rear cargo carriers, hitch balls, or rooftop luggage racks. Also note that trailers, golf carts and motorcycles are not permitted. No pets, no grills, and no fireworks.

Paradise point

It was a great week. Wish I had known that I had paid for linens I didn't want. Pretty sure I didn't sign on for that surprised. The condo was great, though.

Lovely view, nice rooms.

We had a great time at Paradise Pointe 7A. Loved the convenience of the elevator. The view and location was perfect, we had a view of both piers. Definitely would stay again.

Nice proximity to the beach but RUDE staff

We’ll start with the positives! The location of this condo is great! We were right on the water and access to the beach even with two infants was easy. The condo could use a deep clean but wasn’t horrible. The beds are super comfy! Now on to the negatives…..First of all, this listing only allows two parking spaces in their parking garage and that is not listed on VRBO. We realized that we only had two spaces about one week prior. We had a total of 4 vehicles. We had two vehicles arrive late, both of which had infants with them. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if the overflow parking lot wasn’t 10 mins away. The next day we asked for additional parking passes from Thomas Beach Vacation Rentals and they agreed. We picked up the parking passes only to get a threat to be towed. After calling and explaining my frustration to Cheryl, she proceeded to tell me that I was wasting her time and hung up on me!!!!! I asked for the property manager to call me back regarding the VRBO listing but never received a call. The parking situation would have 100% affected us from booking this property. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a rental company. To add to our frustrations, I called multiple times and left messages about our neighbors smoking pot on their balcony preventing us from being able to use ours and take our kids out on the balcony. I never received one call back. We will NEVER book another property with Thomas Beach Vacation Rentals.
