Marriott's Frenchman's Cove

Set on a beach along Pacquereau Bay on the Caribbean coast, this upscale resort is 3.7 km from historic Fort Christian and 4.2 km from Gallery St. Thomas.

The stately 2 bedroom villas with carved wood furnishings provide free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. All include balconies and kitchens, plus dining areas, and living rooms with pull-out sofas.

The resort has a poolside restaurant/bar, as well as a cafe and a convenience store. Other amenities include an infinity pool with a water slide, plus a kids' pool and a fitness center. Parking is complimentary.

Resort Tax is $25 a day

Excellent location, great resort

The resort and staff were great and very helpful. Beach and pool are clean and plenty of chairs available. Watch out for bugs! Our room had something (probably mosquitos) that bit us when sleeping.

Tropical paradise

We came over spring break with a senior in hs and a 10 yo. Our booking was not easy, but that was the only challenge. We loved the unit and the property. The food was great, service was great and location/beacg were beautiful! Tip for those staying at resort: get chairs early...they can fill up. Thats not unique to this resort, but helpful to know.

Nice Ocean View Villa!

Nice spacious villa! Beautiful ocean view. Small beach, but nice. Great frozen drinks! (Pricey) Exercise facility small, hard to get into due to capacity restrictions. We ran/walked the loop around the villas. Missing the island music on the beach, but nice moderate sized pool with music.

Very nice property

We had a great time the villa was very clean the hotel was constantly cleaning common areas, elevators, wearing masks, and encouraging the use of masks and sanitizer. There was no room service or pool side/ beach side service which I would’ve expected but that’s ok. The villa had a great view and all the staff at the resort was very kind and helpful. We will return!

Great location & property, terrible service!

First time staying on St Thomas. My family & I loved the property and the room. Exactly as described. The service on the property, however, is among the most unfriendly I’ve ever experienced in the hospitality industry. I think I’ve been treated with more friendliness by a Motel 6 receptionist than any of the workers on the resort, except for the bartender. He was very nice, but hinders by a very slow kitchen. I even left large tips in hope that the next day the server would remember that I tipped well & maybe be a little warm & friendly. No luck. Very disappointing. My advice: use this property, but don’t eat here or expect any service from Marriott. And rent a car; taxis are very expensive.
