The villa has all the modern amenities to ensure you have a relaxing tropical vacation and is a 5 minute drive to Magens Bay beach and even less to dining options. Caribe Blue is newly renovated and re-decorated, so experience the new lagoon pool and cool contemporary design yourself!

The villa is very roomy with a primary suite, living room, kitchen, and dining on the main level, and a guest suite on the lower level, with separate entrance and its own bathroom and full kitchen. There is a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living room which fits 2 guests.

This was the perfect location and the house was beautiful! The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and tons of beach gear was available for use. It had everything we needed and more and the view could not be beat.

You cannot beat the views in this house….they truly are breathtaking. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only disappointment was there was no sun over the pool and the roads to get there are steep and windy. Other than that it was beautiful.

King of the "mountain"

Amazed at view of Magen's bay! Coffee in the morning on the deck was spectacular. View at night was also beautiful. Home had more than shown on listing. 4 beach towels, 6 sets of snorkeling gear, pool noodles, cooler, beach chairs, k-cup coffeemaker and standard. Only down side is separate entrance for second bedroom. Felt bad sending kids down there at night. I guess this is very common on the island. Loved all the furnishings, super cozy. Nector mattress in master bed was amazing. It has us looking into buying one. Sofa bed was actually very comfy. Best I've slept on. Noticed flooring mimics the beach and water. Brown to turquoise as you get closer to outside. Great stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—with the most breathtaking view of Magens Bay. It truly felt like our own private paradise. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well put together, with every amenity in excellent condition.Our host was attentive, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The house was stocked with plenty of staples, which made settling in and relaxing that much easier. We were able to fully enjoy every second of our vacation.We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Beautiful View

The house was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. At night we would sit on the lower deck and listen to the frogs. It felt like we were in a treehouse. The lower apartment was a little musty smelling. Reversing out of the driveway is a little dangerous and requires that someone direct the driver out. The cars fly down the mountain road.

Amazing view in comfortable villa

Exactly as photographed. Extremely comfortable and just as clean as can be. Communication with property management was excellent and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend. The height of this location ensures a good temperature and is more lush than the south side. Iguanas were present each day and we saw a few hummingbirds as well as gorgeous flowers and foliage.

This property was beautiful, the pictures were accurate. Everything you need is here, coffee pot, cooler, beach chairs (2), your own parking pad. The views are stunning. There was nothing I didn’t like. Would definitely recommend. The host was very responsive prior to and during. Thank you.

Beautiful view with a few things to know.

My wife and I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this house.The good stuff: The location is supreme, with an outstanding view of Magens Bay and the surrounding islands. Sunrises are simply breathtaking. Carrie, the property manager, was great to work with. We had a small issue the first night, and it was fixed early the next morning. The house has lots of things that you won't need to pack or buy: linens/towels, dishes/cookware, spices, trash bags, coffee filters, hand/dish soap, bug spray, etc. The A/C is ice cold! The 4-burner gas grill outside is nearly brand new. We used it a lot.The so-so stuff: The house is clean overall, but shows its age, as some repairs/upgrades are needed. For example, the microwave over the stove is completely broken. You must use a smaller microwave on the counter. Also, the kitchen is pretty dark, especially at night due to old/broken lighting, and could really use major repairs/upgrades.Other FYI stuff: The pool isn't heated, and doesn't get warm in the day due to the trees and the position of the house. The sun hits the water for only a few hours. The frogs at night can be quite loud. The house is HIGH on a hill. Getting to it requires driving up some very steep, bumpy roads and tight switchbacks. We rented a Grand Cherokee for the week, and were glad we had a capable vehicle. If you get motion sickness or nervous driving in mountainous areas, you should choose a house closer to sea level. Finally, buy all your groceries at Cost.U.Less!

College Graduation Escape

Lenon Haus was a wonderful experience. This property was wonderful. Having a private pool was such a treat. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking as the view of Magen’s Bay was unbelievable. The turquoise waters could be seen from almost every room. The nights were filled with sounds from the coquis. Iguanas could be seen resting in the trees off the back deck and pool. Having a grill and a full size kitchen was a wonderful luxury to have. Dinners overlooking the lights of the island were so beautiful. Our son loved his private apartment on the lower level of the house. And the furnishings made it feel like home. This was the perfect way to celebrate our son’s college graduation. Thanks for the memories.

Out of this world view

The pictures are pretty accurate! The million dollar view is that good and better. We enjoyed the frogs at night, the birds and iguanas in the trees during the day, and everything in between. Loved all the lush vegetation. Communication was super easy along with check in and check out. The pool was a little chilly, but lovely for a dip after a day at the beach. There was some upkeep regular maintenance that could probably be improved (peeling paint on decks, trim, etc.), but on whole, a really great place with all of the kitchen pans and pots you could need. As my daughter said, "Looks a little rough from the outside, but inside is the best" We had a great time and would rent again. Location was fantastic.

Million Dollar View

This was a wonderful location overlooking Megan's Bay. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware you would need. Loved the Bed and shower. The drive up and down the mountain though was not for the faint of heart. Lol! Don't get a small car like I did. An SUV is the better choice for driving on the left with a car with the wheel on the left.

Our grandson’s first birthday!

We were in town to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday. The two sets of grandparents stayed at this home together. It was perfect and we would book it again for our next family visit. The home has a Beautiful view of Magen’s Bay. It was neat and clean with a lot of space to relax.

Wow Wow and JUST WOW!

I don’t even know where to begin. This property blew us away. I had tears literally fill my eyes when we arrived and saw the view. I have never seen something more magical! We cancelled last minute at Margaritaville (we heard the seaweed was terrible there and no beach access) and this was luckily available! They accommodated us last minute with our change and we do not regret it one bit. It was honestly even hard to leave the place because you just wanted to enjoy the vibes and view at the house! The owner, Carrie, was always responsive to our texts when we have questions. Someone prior to us had left a Rollie cooler, umbrella and beach chairs and we were able to use this at our disposal! The binder that the owners provide their guests had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay including places to eat and all the beaches to visit. We were SO impressed from the minute we walked in to the check out process. If you think the view is beautiful in these pictures, get ready because they don’t do it justice. My husband and I loved being so close to Magens Bay as it ended up being our favorite beach on the island after beach hopping for an entire day. Go there for the sunset! We also enjoyed the pool! I have NOTHING bad to say about this place. We will absolutely be back!!!! You won’t find a better place on the island. Boooook it!!!!!

Beautiful Great Property

The place is gorgeous. There’s privacy with the second room being below with a kitchen as well. Beds are comfy, showers are Hot! Which is very nice. The views are spectacular. Communication with owners was easy and very helpful. I recommend to all.
