Make yourself at home in this spacious gulf front condo retreat with spectacular views from your private balcony, seasonal free beach chairs and umbrella service provided by an independent beach chairs vendor (please note the service ends at 5pm sharp). With a newer Stearns/Foster king mattress in the bedroom and additional sleeping space in the living room with a sofa bed, and bunk beds in the hallway, this place is excellent for couples or families. Enjoy our new tile walk-in shower in primary bathroom, two Roku flat screen TV's, large fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi, Starbucks on resort, heated ocean front pool with seasonally open Tiki Bar, 2 large kids friendly heated pools, hot tubs. Skybar open nightly, FREE game room and exercise room. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Walk to Funland, Gulf World, Alvin's Island, and to multiple restaurants like Runaway Island and Sharky's.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests of Emerald Beach Resort must register and pay a Guest Registration fee of $25 separately. This will grant you access into the garage and use of the facilities. This is NOT collected by VRBO or your host, this is charged by the resort for maintenance and upkeep of communal areas. A link to register will be sent to you once booked. Thank you!

Everything about the condo and the resort was amazing and as advertised. The condo was super clean, comfortable, well supplied, and the hospitality and communication from our host was excellent(10/10). The elevators were even a joy; worked fast and were available(even though we realize our stay was not peak season). Getting around the resort requires following the wonderful directions that were clearly provided, but is not bad at all once you learn the flow. In other words, follow the directions and things go great!Suzana and Noland are excellent hosts! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be able to stay here again ourselves.

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay! This condo was very clean and the view is beautiful. The hosts Suzi and Noland were very helpful. My family would definitely stay here again.

The View!!

This condo has the best view! It felt like you were walking right out into the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach 1228. The unit was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. I would recommend more wash clothes and hand towels. Plenty of luggage carts for loading/unloading. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it even had a Keurig for coffee. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We walked in & the A/C was perfect, the ceiling fans were humming in the bedroom & living room, it was so refreshing after our long trip! Place was very clean & well cared for. Very thoughtful hosts, they've thought of everything. We had plenty of clean towels, paper products & a fully stocked kitchen. The bed is very comfy and the showers have good water pressure. The view is Amazing! This condo is 5 star all the way. Nolan & Suzie want nothing but the best for their guests and it shows! Thank you guys for a wonderful relaxing stay!!

Really fun and beautiful place to stay. The employees at the resort are very friendly and love kids! They had a scavenger hunt with items placed around the resort. One you completed it they would hand out a goodie bag with a cooling book and other little things. I have been traveling to PCB for over 15 years and I can tell you this place is at the top of my list to stay.

My husband and I love traveling, and prefer staying in privately owned places so we can feel like we have a home away from home. PCB is our happy place and we like to share it with our guests as well.

Our favorite vacations are always the beach destinations, from Hawaii to Europe, the Caribbean and even Tonga. While the beaches of Hawaii were our favorite for many years, once our toes hit the PCB sand, we both fell in love. There is something magical about PCB and we wanted to have a place to come back to and to share with family and friends, and our guests. Hope you love it here as much as we do!
