This suite boasts a gorgeous gulf front view. This suite is ornately designed with simplicity, leaving the impression of an old-fashioned Southern hospitality. Additional room amenities include: cable television, CD stereo, wi-fi (or internet), coffee maker, and a microwave. NOTE: No kitchen or laundry facilities are available in this unit. However, laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor and there are endless dining options.

Apart from all that, this resort is a great place to base yourself from your home away from home. The most beautiful resort to visit for families and couples on St Pete Beach, along the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $150 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. The nearest airports to Bluegreen at TradeWinds are St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) which are 21 miles and 28.9 miles by car respectively.

*** Parking Policy ***

Onsite parking. One vehicle per unit. Additional parking unavailable. TradeWinds has increased enforcement of parking restrictions and has partnered with a towing company to tow any non-registered guest vehicle. To ensure your vehicle is properly identified as a registered guest, always clearly display the appropriate parking pass in your vehicle. Towed vehicles are the sole expense of the owner. Luggage carts are available in the Breckenridge lobby. Bellman available if you need assistance. There is no parking available for over-sized vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats.
Trailers will not be allowed to park on property but may be parked at an offsite lot less than 1 mile away if available. Please be advised that this event is expected to bring crowds and more noise than usual.
