Excellent correspondence with owners, check in/out a breeze and photos do not do justice, the beach service was such a added bonus and will definitely be back!

Excellent Views of Gulf

Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning watching folks fishing from shore. Close to shopping for groceries and such as we like preparing our own food. Purchased fish from local fish market and prepared on the grill-delicious! Easy for us to fly into Destin-Fort Walton Airport and short drive to the beach!

Clean and Comfortable

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very clean, comfortable, communication was great, and the beautiful condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and refreshing get away. Definitely hope to visit this condo again!

Perfect condo and location

Stayed Nov 7-14. Close to everything we needed and near the end of Oskaloosa Island. Beach was all ours and hardly any traffic.

Fabulous condo!

We had a very enjoyable time at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive and have thought of every possible thing you could need in a vacation home. The place was so clean and everything nicely decorated. Every picture is accurate and views are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Wonderful week in Okaloosa!

My husband and I had a fabulous time on the beach and Unit 307 was perfect! Beautifully decorated and fully furnished - even a Keurig! We have stayed in the property next door (308) so we knew that this one would be just as wonderful. Best place to be during a pandemic - relaxing and peaceful and happy we saw several dolphins almost daily. Thanks Valerie and Victor for sharing your beachfront paradise - we will be back!

Fantastic experience!

The place is super clean and had the amenities we were looking for. The view is inspiring and the hospitality of the owners was incredible. We arrived in town early and they offered to get us in early after it was cleaned... this saved us from riding around in our car until the checkin time. We saw all kinds of marine life while on our visit. Perfect week!

A beautiful view from balcony

It was wonderful and relaxing the condo was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed a very short walk to the beach every morning we woke up opened the sliding glass doors to the balcony and couldn’t believe the million dollar views we had. The condo is on the third floor so there are stairs to take into consideration but for the price and the view it’s worth it. This was our second stay and we hope to come again.

1st time here & it was just as advertised! Valerie was on the ball with communication and the little extra touches were a nice surprise! There is no elevator here, so lots of steps, but the views and this unit are worth it🌊🌴! A truly lovely unit..I think this is the cleanest place we've ever stayed at in 6 years of VRBO.

Paradise, Relaxing, Fun, Beautiful

The property is situated at the far end of the beach, less crowded, more space. There are fewer residents/renters in this building and the access is via the stairs in the open air. Very clean inside and out. The balcony faces south and looks out over the ocean. It's a good place to have breakfast or dinner. The property decor is brand new, clean and updated with all the latest amenities. Two bathrooms are nice.

Words cannot describe how beautiful and CLEAN this condo is! Pictures are accurate, but it’s even prettier in person! Victor and Valerie are tops when it comes to hosts!!!!! And the view… WOW! It’s incredible! I didn’t want to leave the condo, even to go out to eat (eating out is my favorite thing to do!) Just book it-you won’t be sorry!!! 100 stars wouldn’t be enough!

Paradise beach getaway

This condo was so beautiful, and comfortable! You cannot beat the view! We stayed a week, and spent lots of time on the balcony. It was easy access to the beach, and I love how we had chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day! It was convenient to lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Our favorite seafood restaurant was The Shack! It was recommended by our host, and did not disappoint! We went there twice. Pop’s choice was an amazing little burger place if you are in the mood for takeout. We will definitely be back, and recommend this place to friends!

My wife and I stayed here and 2 other couples stayed in other rooms at this property. It was a perfect setup for us, in that we were close together (it’s a small property - only 27 units), yet we each had our own 1 BR place to go at night. Our unit, #307, was nicely appointed, everything worked, had a comfortable bed and an outstanding view of the beautiful white sand beach. Can’t say enough about the response and communication of the owners. All in all, a lovely time with great weather and good friends.

Great Condo, Great View!

My wife and I stayed at Island Sands 307 In June 2021. The condo was super clean, bedding was very comfortable, was expertly decorated and the view was perfect. The owners, Victor and Valerie, were great to deal with and were perfect hosts. Check in was easy. We have actually stayed in Victor and Valerie's other Unit at Island Sands previously which was 308. I would definitely recommend either unit for a stay. Both are loaded with special touches that makes your stay even better. Thanks Victor and Valerie for sharing with us! Mike

Perfect place to relax!

I booked this condo last minute. I had been looking for something to check off all my boxes...beachfront, great view, private beach, quiet, updated condo, clean.... all but impossible to find. Then like a week before we left, this gem popped up. What a blessing! Not only did this place check off all the boxes, but it also checked some I didn't know I wanted. It's a smaller building, so only about 20-25 units. The condo was recently redone and beautifully decorated. I loved all of the thoughtful touches and the flow of the colors and decor throughout the unit. Everything appeared to be new or like new, very clean and well organized. This is the first vacation we have literally just relaxed and enjoyed the view. There is a sign in the bathroom that says, "God's love is mightier than the sea" and what a beautiful place to reflect on this sentiment. I should also add that in this condo, you are within 10-15 minutes to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. They have a perfect 10-star rating, and it is well deserved!!! Thanks Victor & Valerie for a great place to recharge the soul.

We have really enjoyed vacationing here on Okaloosa Island for the past 10 years and are excited to now call it our home away from home! The captivating panoramic view from the condo living room and balcony is exceptional! Island Sands is a smaller condominium complex, so the beach is much less crowded. We love the island that offers so much for us to enjoy without a constant battle of heavy beach traffic. It truly is a perfect location!

We will be here often to enjoy and will keep the decor and conveniences updated. We know your time is precious and we want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. We welcome you and yours to come and visit our special place! SO much beauty to behold on the Gulf Coast!!
