Entire house on quiet street, serenity awaits. View orchids on lanai, fruit trees in back yard. Large desk available for business/ children schooling. For meals/snacks. Eat at counter, breakfast table or formal dining table.
Spacious home on quiet street that’s easily accessible to major thoroughfares that connect to shopping, sports complexes, beaches, I-75

PET ARE ALLOWED but will require prior approval of Jim

Quiet, all of house and yard except for garage and storage shed which are used by us for workspace and storage

Guest access
Bedrooms, living room, breakfast area, formal dining room area, two Lanais, one with being fan the other open and screened with orchids and grill for Bar-B-Q ing

Other things to note
Yard is fenced in for security if young children. Waterway in back of house has large carp for catch and release. As in ALL of Florida, alligators inhabit the land. Adult supervision is mandatory when children go outside of fence. There is another small field where children may play catch or kick around a soccer ball. Supervision is highly suggested

Loved the house, has a nice fenced in back yard. House is an open floor plan and nice furniture.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place. Owners live close and always helped with any questions. We had a little issue with one of the beds but the owners immediately took care of the problem! (Most places wouldn’t &/or couldn’t be able to fix the issue so quickly). We would easily stay at this location again!

Loved it so much, we extended our stay!

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We were originally slated to stay for a week but needed to extend while we closed on our house in SW Florida. The owners graciously accommodated us. We loved the spacious backyard and enjoyed the evenings on the screened in patio! The beds were cozy and comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. It felt like our home away from home! And only minutes away from good restaurants and shopping!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, excellent price!

If you need a place to stay for an extended period of time, this is the "home-away-from-home" you're looking for! It's a cute, well-cared for spacious single story in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. We spent many evenings enjoying the cool breezes on the lanai while our kids and dog played in the wide fenced in backyard. The house itself is impeccable and clean, with almost everything provided for you. We felt at home instantly. The owners of the house live in the same neighborhood and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. In fact, we got to know them very well as they shared stories of the neighborhood and their life in Port Charlotte. Gulf Coast beaches like Englewood and Blind Pass are only a half-hour away from the property and shopping and food are a mere 5-10 minutes down the road. Overall, having never stayed in a VRBO before, I can't say enough about our wonderful experience here. If you're looking for an inexpensive, well-maintained rental, I highly recommend this property!

Pleasant home in Port Charlotte

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this comfortable home in Port Charlotte. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was in a great location. It's on a quiet street with a wonderful lanai, where we were able to spend some relaxing times. Our hosts were very cordial and helpful with all our questions. We definitely recommend this home to all travelers.

Great neighbors

Spacious house that is very well stocked with cooking supplies, even spices. Our two little dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Neighbors are great and house is located in a nice neighborhood. Easy to get to grocery stores, Walmart and shopping. We loved deep dish Jets Pizza located next to Publix. The house is on a canal and we enjoyed seeing the birds and wildlife. Our hosts, Jim and Lynn live across the street and were always accessible for any questions that we had.
