The living room has a large sectional that can accommodate up to two additional guests for sleeping.

The kitchen includes the essentials for basic meal preparation, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. An in-unit washer and dryer make beach days and longer stays much easier.
The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and the condo has central air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Outside, guests can enjoy seating on the shared terrace and beneath the canal-side gazebo. The waterfront setting is ideal for relaxing, watching the sunset and enjoying the quieter side of coastal Florida. You may even spot a manatee swimming through the canal.

Fishing poles and beach gear are provided for guest use.

Guests have private access to the entire two-bedroom condo. You may also enjoy the shared outdoor terrace, canal-side gazebo, grill, and dock area.
