Sea Largo is the beautiful, modern home that you and your family have been searching for to create the most memorable vacation! This home encompasses the top 2 floors of the building with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and amazing Banks Channel views. The rental has a gorgeous open-concept kitchen plus living room allowing all family members to share special moments. The deck located on this level has incredible views of the inlet. This rental comes with 2 King and 2 Queens size beds. The two master bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen, each include an unforgettable ocean view. There are a total of three decks that include sound and oceans views plus an open air deck. Please see below for certain regulations for deck accessibility. The home also has an open loft-style living room area with a pool table on the second floor that is perfect for relaxing. Board, bicycle, and kayak rentals are available at The Shed (a beach business right behind the house), and you will have fishing and boating on your own dock!

HOA Patio Rules:
Max number of occupancy for decks and dock are 15.
Bicycles are not allowed to be kept on decks.
No yelling at pedestrians from decks.
No trash allowed on deck.
Quiet hours are 11PM to 8AM.

2 Kings, 2 Queens

Linens included with rentals less than 21 nights.

- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.
- In the summer season property has a 4 night minimum

- Boat lift is not available for renters. May tie one boat at the dock.
- Golf cart is NOT included in the rental
- 4 mid-size car parking only (garage holds 2 mid-size vehicles and 2 spaces in front). May only fit 2 - 3 larger vehicles.
-Surfboard in garage is decorative. NOT for use.
- 4 night minimum during peak season

This is an excellent location and overall a great property. Lots of space and close to a lot! It has a lot of the little things in the kitchen and throughout to make it feel more like a home. Noise at night is like a lot of others have described here, but it's the tradeoff to being close to everything and not having to walk far or pay for parking (which is 30-40 per day). Garage is a huge plus and makes getting stuff in and out very easy on a rainy day.We encountered some issues with ants in the kitchen even after cleaning up after ourselves pretty well. Could also use to have some light bulbs replaced, but that's pretty minor. It would also be helpful to have a garage remote with the keys and other items we have to pick up and return to the nearby office.

Sea Largo

We enjoyed our stay at Wrightsville Beach. The location is close to the beach. There is a great Mexican restaurant (tower 7) across the street, ice cream, small grocery store one block from the house and Harris Teeter 3 miles if needed. House is clean and tidy. Everything you need for cooking. Dock was nice for fishing and if you have a boat this is great. Parking is tight. We could fit our full size truck in the garage and we had two additional mid sized parking spots. Beach chairs if needed and bikes.

Great location, no elevatlr

We had a great time! Did notice what looks like an elevator but we were not given access to it. Very painful to carry all luggage and groceries up multiple flights of stairs. Noise did not bother us. Beautiful views.

Not the best

The unit itself was nice and we enjoyed the pool table! However, the original listing said 2 bikes were available but they were all locked. Also, the elevator was not working and we were not told about this! I complained to the property manager and was told I would get a call back from the complaint department. That never happened. And parking spaces are extremely small and did not fit my expedition. I had to rent a small car for the week just to park.

Every night we woken up by crowds coming out of the bars and then these people yelled, screamed, fought and threw beer bottles right next to the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Largo suited almost all our needs, including the private dock for boat, elevator, large garage area for boating items, skis, etc. and the room layout were perfect for all guests.However, a few things to mention for the owners for future renters. The noise at the local bars on weekends, was quite loud until the wee hours of 2am which was quite disruptive. I do realize unavoidable as it is a local bar but this would be something we would consider on our next rental there. Also, parking was a nightmare as it only allowed parking for 2 vehicles and the place is a rental for 8 persons....usually you would expect some type of parking for 8 person rental. I noticed parking passes??? but there was NO direction from the management company regarding better or proper parking. Again, this would be something for us to consider on next rental. Sea Largo was a lovely setting and great rental otherwise. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you
