Mini Ranch Casita is a breath of fresh air in sunny Southern Utah.

This cute casita is perfect for a couple. Modern living space and kitchen. The living area has an oversized, comfy couch and flat-screen Smart TV with streaming. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with seating for four. Around the corner is the bedroom with a separate bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious bedding and a flat-screen Smart TV.

Relax after exploring beautiful St. George. Enjoy the resort lap pool, hot pool, lazy river, and your personal gas BBQ.

It’s part of a larger unit rented separately, located over the garage with its own entrance.

Additional Info:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80°F and open year-round. The Hot Pool is also open year-round. The Lazy River is unheated and opens early April, weather permitting. The 18-hole mini golf course is open year-round; guests get a discount.

WiFi is available. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible (fees may apply). Contact the onsite manager to arrange.


The resort at Alaia (Stucki Farms) in Washington City near St. George offers 1-bedroom casitas to 8-bedroom villas. The 7-acre amenity area includes a Farmhouse Welcome Center, lap pool, lazy river, splash pad, and mini golf, with more coming. It's 45 minutes south of Zion National Park, 10 minutes from downtown St. George, and near the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, ATV trails, sand dunes, and hiking.

Spring Break Stay

Great place, super cute, brand new. Highly recommend for a little getaway. It’s is small, but we had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was just fine.

St George fall break.

This is an amazing property. Modern, clean, well maintained & stocked. Close to hiking/biking trails & Sand Hollow. Perfect for a couple, and small child.

We had a fantastic time. The unit was very clean and came equipped with all kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials. The mini golf was a lot of fun as well as the pool area. We would definitely come back here on our next visit.

Property was great. Great mini golf course, pool area etc. Casita could use a few more kitchen supplies. Bought our own veggie peeler… checkin info wasn’t communicated. Very lucky that another resident had property managers phone number. Also, keyless entry batteries died an we had to wait 45 mins for someone to come and replace batteries before we could get in.

Great little location close to all the fun at St. George.

Great property, felt clean and nice. Great amenities. Worth noting that the “whirlpool spa” on the listing is not for use which caused some confusion as it’s also listed alongside the info about the community hot tub/pool at the club house. Also, the pool hours were from 10am to 9:30pm, which we received unit info saying it was 10am-10pm. Which, mostly our fault for waiting to last minute, meant we showed up with the wristbands at 9:34 and couldn’t get in. Additionally, Found a few insects (including a roach in the sink on our last night). So perhaps it’s due for some pest control. Though besides that one instance, we had a really great time and had this great location as a home base during our activities.

Great Access

This property has great access to the part of St George we went to. The Casita was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for nicer and will definitely be back. If I had one thing I would want different it would be the parking spot. I was driving a 2 door jeep and could barely fit into the spot. If I had my full size suv with me I never would have been able to fit. I would have been concerned if all the units on the street were full and the ability to get in and out of the alley. It's small.

Very nice stay, close to the St George airport.

It was a very nice condo, a bit dirty around the edges. Rugs could’ve been cleaner, I wore my socks around the condo. I’m sure others have probably worn their dirty shoes which I would never do, given the enormous amount of red dirt! Overall. had a very nice experience and will def be back again.

Good, but too small for four

This townhouse was pretty good for two, but we would not recommend having four people stay here. The space was very small and without much room to put any personal belongings. There were only a few plates, bowls, and utencils, so we needed to run the dishwasher pretty much after each meal or do dishes by hand. Again, pretty good little townhouse but don't think we'll stay again.

Quick stay

Small but cozy - perfect for a quick sports tournament stay. A bit out there in Washington. Garage is a bit noisy below the place, but nicely furnished and a good stay.

Soccer Tournament Weekend

This was a great place to stay for my son's soccer tournament in St. George. Just enough room for the 4 of us. Better than a hotel since we had our own kitchen and could cook some of our own meals. And it still had a nice pool, hot tub, and fun mini golf course to get us out of our Casita. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable

The property is beautiful with great views! The casita is well appointed and very cute. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. It's a new construction in a new neighborhood. Not many houses yet, so it was very quiet and we were able to get the pool and hot tub by ourselves. We will be staying again!

Nice place with great local amenities. Professionally decorated, has everything for an extended stay. Having laundry facilities was a huge plus! We enjoyed the city lights at night and hot air balloons in the morning.

Immaculate & Brand New!

Everything about this property was perfect. If you are into visual perfection and immaculate cleanliness, this is the place for you. Brand new appliances, too. The pool here is SUPER fun with the lazy river! The bed was really comfy… in fact, the whole home was. The property manager was easy to contact - thank you!!
