This newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom beach cottage is located in the popular, gated Ocean Lakes community. Home locates in a quiet section of Ocean Lakes, yet only 5 minutes walk to the Beach. Home has a warm color and full of ocean elements. With a high ceiling and sky window, a front deck, and a back deck, it’s a great family hangout. Ocean Lakes is a 300-acre private oceanfront, gated family-friendly community with 24-hour security and award-winning amenities including a water park with slides & lazy river, splash zone, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, arcade, and more.

Great place to stay for a family

The house was clean, there were no issues at all. It was a short walk to the beach, the golf cart was great, and it was a really nice place to take my family for a vacation.

Great location. Easy check-in process. The house was not super clean. Soft spots in deck and interior floors and several damaged things like door handles, molding, mini blinds, lamp, etc. Overall, this is a poorly maintained property, which is unfortunate since it has so much potential.

Myrtle Beach Trip

Our unit looked ok from the outside but needed a good deep cleaning. We found old socks , candy wrappers, open ketchup packets, in the beds. We found balls of hair laying around. The grills outside was very nasty one had charcoal submerged in water the other was old and unusable. This unit needs repairs and updating and a good deep cleaning. For the $ I paid I was very disappointed.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the stay, most of our renters are families with children like you (though you only register 1 child, actually you brought more than that), some silly kids put something Under the mattress which is hard to notice that, thank you for checking so carefully and letting us know, House is not bad as you said, we have manager walk around every time the cleaner done the cleaning. Also,260/night for 7people includes a waterpark and private beach in June is a very reasonable price.
