“VILLA ROSALIE, located in Saint Francois, Guadeloupe, in the heart of the Caribbean, offers you a charming, comfortable villa to rent all year round, for your vacations and travels in Guadeloupe.

The 50m² villa can accommodate 5 people (2 queen-size bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1 person, plus the possibility of adding a cot), ideal for 2 couples or a family of 5. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds, a living room with TV, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and plancha, and a large 90 m² terrace with outdoor lounge and deck area for enjoying the Caribbean climate during your breakfasts and aperitifs.

The residence features private parking, a pleasant 1500m² garden with flowers and shade, a spa pool and Jacuzzi, and a relaxation area with barbecue. WIFI access throughout the property.

No smoking in living areas. Ashtrays available outside.

Very important for your well-being: the Villa also has a supply of drinking water in case of water cuts, which happen frequently on the island.

Linen and towels are also provided.

Dogs are present on the property, but are very discreet. Do not feed them.

Séjours très agréable

On a passé un séjour très agréable avec nos enfants de deux et cinq ans. Les lieux sont en effet encore plus jolis que sur les photos.Mention spéciale pour la cuisine extérieure, le jardin, la grande terrasse et la piscine sécurisée pour enfants. Quel beau séjour chez Pierre et Marjorie! Bella Vita!! Allez-y!!!

Endroit magnifique tout en verdure et agréablement aménagé pour tout! Cuisine, literie, matelas, piscine, spa, tout y était confortable, propre et reposant suite à nos expeditions pour la découverte de cette magnifique île! Paradisiaque !!!

Nous revenons au Québec après avoir oublié l hiver pendant un mois dans cette magnifique propriété sans parler de l’hospitalité exceptionnelle des hôtes Marjorie et Pierre. À notre arrivée Marjorie avait préparé une corbeille de fruit exotiques, bouteille de punch… accueil très apprécié et qui promettait un séjour d’exception. Confort de la literie, cuisine extérieure bien équipée, plancha, BBQ au gaz etc etc… rien ne manque et la qualité des prestations est au rendez-vous. L’entretien du jardin et de la piscine au sel est impeccable. Marjorie et Pierre qui sont tout à côté ont à coeur que l on passe un bon séjour. Si un problème survient, il est réglé sans délais. Nous avons trouvé notre petit paradis au soleil. On y revient assuréement l hiver prochain… ou avant :-) MERCI Marjorie et Pierre. Au plaisir!!!

Superbe sejour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Pierre Émile et avons été très bien accueilli par son fils et lui même. La communication avec eux était très facile. La propriété est très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace extérieur et vraiment bien située. Le logement est bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les chambres sont confortable avec la climatisation dans celles ci.

Excellent logement. Propriétaires très sympathiques, disponibles, présents sur place. Matériels mis à disposition excellents (bbq, plancha, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, …). Cuisine équipée (huile, café …). Super literie. Beaucoup de serviettes de bain disponibles. Fruits et planteur offerts. 5 chiens très gentils. Recommande vivement !

Amazing Stay!

Ok, so we thought the pictures and description were too good to be true! How can it be that in reality it was even better?! Pierre and Marjorie are wonderful hosts who make sure all needs are met and provide very helpful information for first timers in Guadeloupe. They are extremely accessible as they live on the beautiful grounds. We felt very welcomed and relaxed as we prepared meals in the outdoor kitchen, hung out around the pool, or on the wonderfully spacious veranda. It was such a comfortable space to come back to after adventures around the island. While we were there the weather was wonderful-we used the air-conditioning in the bedrooms for sleeping but there were no mosquitos- or really any insects at all which surprised us considering we kept the cottage open at all times, except when sleeping. Our teenage daughters loved this vacation and this house with its beautiful trees and flowers; we will absolutely be back!

Perfekt! All we needed and wished.

We had a very great and relaxing time at Villa Rosalie! Marjorie and Pierre are very nice and were always available when we had a question. The kids especially fell in love with Molly (one of the dogs). She is very well brought up and was extremely fond of children. We are a surfing family, 2 adults + 2 children, and would definitely stay at Villa Rosalie again on our next visit to Guadeloupe. The house was an ideal starting point for our trips to the surfing beaches to the south or to the north. The house and the whole area were very clean and supermarkets are nearby. We can only recommend it! In German :-) Wir hatten eine sehr tolle und entspannte Zeit in der Villa Rosalie! Marjorie und Pierre sind sehr nett und waren stets ansprechbar, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Die Kinder haben vor allem Molly (einer der Hunde) ins Herz geschlossen. Sie ist sehr gut erzogen und war extrem Kinderlieb. Wir sind eine Surfer-Familie, mit 2 Erwachsenen + 2 Kindern und würden unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf Guadeloupe auf jeden Fall wieder in der Villa Rosalie verbringen wollen. Für unsere Ausflüge an die Surfstrände nach Süden oder in den Norden war das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber und Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un super séjour, Marjerie et Pierre ont tout fait pour nous rendre nos vacances parfaites. Toujours à notre écoute, ils ont fait preuve de gentillesse et de réactivité. Ils nous ont permis d'utiliser leur salle de musculation alors que ce n'était pas prévu dans le contrat. En résumé, vacances parfaites.

Séjour de charme aux portes de St François

Nous avons passé 8 jours à la villa Rosalie. Tout était impeccablement prêt à notre arrivée. L'environnement, la décoration soingnée et les aménagements de la maison et du jardin sont remarquables . La terrasse privative , le patio de la cuisine et l'emplacement de la piscine permet de garder une independance et une tranquillité. A little bit of paradise...

Villa Rosalie was a wonderful place to wake up each morning and return to each night, after exploring the island. We travelled with 2 children (ages 2 and 4) and this was perfect for us. We had breakfast and dinner each day at the property and the outdoor kitchen/dining area had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. We enjoyed spending time at the end of the day in the pool or large private terrace, where our children had space to roam. The property was very well situated with a supermarket and a bakery just minutes away. The hosts are easily accesible and very helpful in helping you to settle in and promptly respond to any questions you may have along the way. We would highly recommend to any of our friends visiting Guadeloupe.

Lovely, graciously appointed home on a beautiful island!

We had all of the comforts of home for our stay. The pool was so beautiful and a great way to end a busy day of touring each evening. Our three children all enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the house and grounds as well. There was so much for all of us to do & explore on this trip. Pierre and Marguerite are such gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome. We already hope to go back and enjoy another visit soon!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines à la Villa Rosalie. Marjorie et Pierre sont très accueillant, disponibles et aux petits soins. Nous avons senti leur réel envie d'offrir un séjour inoubliable à leurs hôtes. La villa est très bien aménagées, la cuisine extérieure au top et la piscine/Jacuzzi vous décourage presque de partir à la plage tellement on s'y sent bien. Un logement que nous recommandons vivement à toute personne souhaitant rester au calme tout en restant proche de toutes commodités et des plus belles plages de l'île. La famille D.

Sejour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à la Villa Rosalie. La propriété est superbe, avec un jardin arboré très bien entretenu, une piscine non chlorée et un jacuzzi bien agréable. La décoration soignée et les divers éclairages nocturnes confèrent au lieu une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy. Pierre et Marjorie, en plus d’être très sympathiques, plein d’enseignements et de conseils sur l’île, savent être à la fois disponibles en cas de menus problèmes et discrets… Une adresse que je recommande à mes amis!

Amazing Villa!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The house is perfect for two couples, as we were. This place is just amazing with the pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor areas, closeness to the beaches, the avocado tree.... We loved all of it. A big extra thank you for the great hospitality from the houseowners. We strongly recomend this house!
