Spacious Manasquan Beach House
**We will start taking reservations for summer 2023 in January 2023**
Great 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house in family neighborhood area with large fenced in private backyard. Short walk to the beach with restaurants, park, and train from NYC close by. Perfect for family vacation!
While we are new to Vrbo, we are not new to the rental market. Our property is listed on another site as well, where we have a 5 star rating and reviews.
The space
Details on bedrooms: there are 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 full over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed; perfect for kids), and the master with a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor with the other 3 on the second floor. All bedrooms have spacious closets with newly painted rooms and refinished floors. The master is very spacious and benefits from a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Master bedroom also has a desk as a working station and a private balcony overlooking the backyard with chairs to relax in. Linens are supplied.
The house has 3.5 bathrooms; one connected to the master, a half bath on the second floor, and the other 2 full bathrooms on the first floor and in the basement.
Living room has a sectional couch with armchair seating as well and a large TV. There is a spacious kitchen with ample cabinet space and a separate dining room. Home has wifi and central A/C.
There is a large fenced-in private backyard with a grill and deck. Across the street is a restaurant called "Salty Whale" which is perfect for a casual drink or bite to eat!
Around the corner is Mallard Park with baseball field, basketball court, and a view of the marina.
Beach is a 5-10 minute walk that is ~7 blocks away. Popular bars are also a 5-10 minute walk towards the beach. Downtown area is 10 minute walk going away from the beach with numerous dining options available.
House has smart home capabilities which allow easy check in / check out process.
Rules: no pets, smoking, candles, parties
