Highly Recommend

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and spa( we did pay the extra fee to heat and well worth it for February).

The house was nice due all the rooms on one floor was a plus and I love the pool and the area it was nice and spacious deck surrounded the pool and overall Me and my family had a nice time

Amazing house

After visiting Orlando for over 30 years we found this gem of a house last year, we rebooked for our recent holiday. The house is immaculate and modern and a fantastic location. A special thank you to Tony and Phil who are also on hand for any questions or assistance.

Great family house

Good size pool and Lanai. Awesome kitchen and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great place for little kids too. There's a nice size family room that's right off the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here. Side note, people complaining about the AC are ridiculous. During my stay it was heat index of 110... AC kept up just fine.

Great Family Vacation Stay

convenient location, close to major shopping, dining options. quiet and safe neighborhood. did not use the pool since it was very cold weather while we stayed. house has plenty of space for our family of five adults. property manager was very responsive, had an AC issue but quickly resolved. appliances look original but functional well. would consider stay here again next time around.

Great place!

This place was a great home close to Disney! A few repairs need made as mentioned by other reviews including shower door and shower curtain. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Had plenty of room for our family of 7. Having three bathrooms was incredible. Being able to turn the a/c down would have been nice as we like it cool when we sleep.

Thanks so much for such a positive response and feedback. The owner of this property has just had a whole load of repair work done and is waiting on a part for the shower door but that should be done soon enough. The AC is on a thermostat in the home and can be turned down as low as 72 before freezing the system.

Not happy with house

As long as the long list of problems are fixed this house would be nice. The Property manager was wonderful and was very helpful. Wouldn’t stay at this house again, but would find another house through this company.

Pretty much as expected

Good house for our purposes. Location worked great for our needs. Property Manager need a course in communication. There are rear neighbours, As says No Rear Neighbours. Otherwise, Respectable.

Thanks for your review. Re your comment about property manager needs a course in communication, I wish to address this as to the reader it may confuse if not put in context. You contacted your host on a Sunday regarding a shower door that does not close fully. Your host responded first thing next day to acknowledge this report and confirmed your message would be relayed to the property manager which it was. Property manager then contacted the owner to authorise the repair and owner then agreed and shower door will now be addressed.

Too warm at bedtime

Home very clean and organized. Family had difficulty sleeping at night due to poor air circulation. AC unit fine during the day. Had miscommunication with check in. Access code and alarm code not provided prior to arrival. Overall the stay was great. Would visit again with better control of AC at bedtime.

The access codes were emailed to the email address you provided 5 days before check in and you were messaged on the VRBO platform too. When we spoke to you later, you confirmed the email had been received but you had been entering the wrong code. We also ask any guest to alert us before check in if they have not received their codes. We did not receive any message from you before check in to tell us you had not received your access codes. The AC in the house is capable of being set at different temperatures by guests. You are able to set it from anything as low as 72 degrees all the way up to and past 80 degrees if you prefer it warmer. I am not aware that you raised this AC matter you complain about in your review with our property management nor with your rental team contact. I note you did raise another concern you had about WiFi connection during a storm one day and so knew of your ability to raise such concerns. Without a guest raising such concerns with property management, we are unaware and unable to assist. All of these issues are quite unfair to include in any review.

Great… but hot!

This rental space is great overall! We had a few issues with the AC during our stay, but the host worked with us quickly to help solve the problems. We are not used to the Florida climate and having the house AC default at 78 was very warm for us. Even turning it down to the min of 72 felt hot at night since it doesn’t remain at 72 all night, especially in the master bedroom. We would stay in this rental again, but would bring a bigger fan next time.

The AC typically is left at 80 when leaving the home and most guests enjoy 74-76 through the day with 76-78 at night. The AC units are set to freeze up for anything under 72 and so unfortunately the AC cannot go any lower than 72 in the homes.

Nice House

The house was nice and it was great to not have a huge checklist at checkout. Usually we are bombarded with a ton of things to do before we left. However, the major down fall if the house is that the thermostat has to stay at 72 (not a big deal) but at night goes to 78. We all woke up every night sweating (ew for the beds) and couldnt fall back asleep. So it was hard to get a good nights worth of sleep.

We note that you reported an issue with the AC during your stay and that the property managers attended at 930pm to assist. There was a blocked pipe and so a tech attended the next day and repaired the issue. Any future guests having any such concerns about the AC or any other issue are encouraged to report the same to the property managers who will only be too happy to help. The AC has been reinspected following this review and found to be working just fine. The temperature in the property will go up if windows and doors are left open as the AC shuts off/then struggles

Perfect place!

The house was perfect for us! Very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Nice, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything we needed (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal) The pool was a good size and temperature was perfect. (We paid to have it heated during our stay.) The spa did drain out randomly which was weird but we just went with it. The house could use some updates and maybe a deep clean, but for the price, I think it’s fine. We plan on coming back to Florida in the fall and this house is saved as my favorite. We hope to always stay here when we come back to the Orlando area. The person I rented from checked in with me often answering all of my questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Super nice and helpful!

Decent Property

House was large with plenty of room. I did not like that there were no paper towels for our week long stay and only 3 rolls of toilet paper (one in each bathroom) for six people to use for an entire week. They also would like you to do a load of laundry before you leave but do not provide any detergent or dryer sheets. The listing for the pool needs to be more clear. You have to pay for the HOT tub to be heated along with the pool (they are not separate).

Nice stay

Fine. It's a very spacious house. A big waste container with building waste was in front of the house. I sent an email to the agency which sent us the entry code. Unfortunately they didn't respond at all. After 2 days the contracter that replaced the roof came to the house and arranged that the container was moved. However it woud be nice if the agency informed us about this or at least responded to our email.

We did reply to your email and you in fact responded saying "Hi Zoe, You were right, it was in my spam box. Thank you. Pascal" so I am confused why you are asserting that you did not receive a reply. The property had just had a brand new roof put on it and the container by the property was collecting the trash from this job. We had been told by the roofer that this would be removed by your arrival and so apologies if this was not done but we are sure that it did not affect your enjoyment of the property
