Condo features: cable TV, secure high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and shimmering "Frozen room" with special lighting.
Ground Features: double Olympic-sized heated lagoon style pool, water slide, children’s water play area with dancing waters fountains, fully equipped fitness center, a movie theater, game room, outdoor grills, putting green, and two children’s playgrounds and much more.

Great location

Pool and fitness/welcome center are wonderful and short walk from this location. Disney and shopping are close.

Great visit

Really enjoyed this rental. It was short walk to the pool, came fully equipped. Had a stroller and umbrella which definitely came in handy for Disney! Management responded promptly! Only problem was we couldn't get the TV's to work but not complaining who needs to watch tv when your on vacation anyways! The frozen room was perfect for my 4 year old daughter!!

VERY STRESSFUL CHECK IN

Never having stayed at this property, you automatically assumed we would know all the information about checking in. Why don't you put a lot more effort into EXPLAINING to your guests what to expect at checkin. 1)Have proper and COMPLETE address of unit 2)Have contact information of property manager in the event of problems 3)When you forward the "gate key", why don't you explain that it is "THE GATE KEY". If I had known I had the means to get in, it would have saved having a complete meltdown when the guards couldn't find my $900.00 reservation.

Bet received all the information for smooth check-in under her reservation file 5 days before the check in. She however opened another chat under the inquiry to communicate with us and, it seems, she did not see the instructions. The instructions contained address, contact information for the property manager and the condo code. I sent Bet the proof that the instructions were sent to her ahead of time. Bet and all guests in her party were duly authorized to enter the complex. The guard found them in the system and let them in. Bet's group, which arrived ahead of her, did not have the condo entry code and the copy of the reservation because Bet did not give it to them. But our property manager promptly provided them with another code. I think Bet's review is not fair as it was her own doing for the issues she experienced. I understand her frustration but she should not submit inaccurate review . I can assure you that Bet is the very first guest that encountered check in issues. Windsor Hills is very reputable and secure resort and check in instructions are closely followed to assure safety of all guests.

Overall the condo was a good value for the price I paid. It was very clean and the pool area was nice and close by. I do wish there were more cleaning supplies available in the condo. There wasn’t any dish soap provided, only 2 packets for the dishwasher. I didn’t want to have to buy some at the store for my 5 night stay. There also was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and with 4 people staying there it goes fast. We also noticed some tiny ants crawling around in the bathroom the first day we were there and my daughter opened her retainer case and they were crawling all over it. I had mentioned something to the owner but nothing was done about it for the remainder of our trip. The beds were ok , a little firm for me and the pillows were very flat. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are driving there. Overall it was a nice stay but next time I think I would prefer staying at a hotel resort.

We had a great stay! The place was just as pictured, clean and hosts let us in and hour early knowing our plane had arrived in the early am.

Great stay

Pool and pool slides was great for the kids they had so much fun. Condo was so close to Disney. We had a wonderful time!

We are retired couple enjoying spending time with our beautiful granddaughter and taking her places. Disney has many magical places to visit and we never have enough. When we cannot travel we make the condo available to others to enjoy.

We love this property because of its location in Windsor Hills resort and the proximity of to Disney property - only 2 miles away. Our 5-year old granddaughter is in love with the "Frozen Room" that is truly magical with special lighting, glittering walls, giant snowflakes icicle lights and custom bedding/draperies. An unforgettable experience for any kid and young at heart! The unit is very comfortable and fully equipped - no need to worry about anything.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo is located only 7-15 minutes ride from mayor Disney attractions. After visiting the theme parks you can enjoy many features Windsor Hills resort has to offer: Olympic size, heated, lagoon style pool, hot tub, water slides, playgrounds, lighted tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, movie theatre with guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, pool table, arcades, putting green and much more. The condo is located on the ground floor and only a couple of minutes walk to the pool area. The unit is wheelchair accessible with guest parking located just outside the lanai entrance. Also very convenient to bring in the groceries and supplies.
