Fantastic stay near Disney!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The backyard pool was such a nice feature! Very close to the main pool and club house too. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Stayed for an extended weekend for a cheer competition at ESPN wide world of sports. The property was very clean and nice. House close to the main clubhouse on property less than a minute walk. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for returning guests at Windsor hill

I think we might have found the perfect gem. We’ve stayed a different houses at Windsor hill and this by far was the best!! The hosts responded so fast, location was great and everything about the house was impeccable. Thank you very much

Perfect

The amenities at this property were spot on. The pool, home and surroundings were clean and tidy. The home owners have went above and beyond to ensure you have everything needed for the stay. Most comfortable beds we have had in a rental by far.

Spring Break 2025

The vacation condo was absolutely amazing—perfectly stocked and spotlessly clean! The back pool was such a highlight, with its 6-foot depth in the middle and 3 feet around the edges, making it ideal for fun and relaxation. And the water park being so close was the icing on the cake—we loved every minute of it!

Great stay at Disney

The location of this condo is fantastic. Close to all of the Disney parks and tons of restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy and efficient. The hosts were wonderful in their communications and explained each aspect of the stay in great detail. The condo was exactly as described online. We had a great time!

Christmas Holiday

Nice visit for the holiday. Check-in/out was easy. Property was comfortable, and the pool was warm enough to enjoy in December. Communication easy and prompt. Would recommend and stay here again.

Lovely Accommodation

Very pleased with our vacation, the property is well managed and is exactly as described. The hosts are very responsive and provided proactive advice before the hurricane. We would love to visit again.

Amazing Getaway

Kevin & Jeannie are amazing! They were so nice and easy going about changing our dates for for the hurricane. Their home is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. Our teen forgot a earbud and they shipped it back to us. They are amazing hosts! We will be back! Thank you!

Our company owns and manages properties within the Windsor Hills Resort and we love the area. We take pride in our properties and want to allow guests to have a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is an end unit, which is larger than the other townhomes in the community. This townhome is recently remodeled with new furnishing and granite counter tops. We love our new townhome!
