Great location and nice updated townhome

We had a great time at this property. Everything you could need for a stay with plenty of space and many supplies. We have stayed in Windsor Hills a lot over 20 years and this unit is clean and comfortable. Will be back again!

Home away from home

From the day I booked my trip communication from our host was amazing, added bonus was the online info. guide. The house was clean and so comfortable, we felt right at home. The check in process was flawless and the property offered fun with the pool and water slides during our down time. We would 100% stay again.

Great stay

Stayed for an extended weekend for a cheer competition at ESPN wide world of sports. The property was very clean and nice. House close to the main clubhouse on property less than a minute walk. Would highly recommend!

Spring Break 2025

The vacation condo was absolutely amazing—perfectly stocked and spotlessly clean! The back pool was such a highlight, with its 6-foot depth in the middle and 3 feet around the edges, making it ideal for fun and relaxation. And the water park being so close was the icing on the cake—we loved every minute of it!

Great stay at Disney

The location of this condo is fantastic. Close to all of the Disney parks and tons of restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy and efficient. The hosts were wonderful in their communications and explained each aspect of the stay in great detail. The condo was exactly as described online. We had a great time!

Excellent Disney Vacation Home

We really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and conveniently located near a Wal-Mart. Loved how the home was merely minutes from Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The townhouse community is beautiful. The clubhouse was very nice and the pool was great! Our townhome was very clean, well stocked and spacious. The private pool out back was an added plus. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Our company owns and manages properties within the Windsor Hills Resort and we love the area. We take pride in our properties and want to allow guests to have a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is an end unit, which is larger than the other townhomes in the community. This townhome is recently remodeled with new furnishing and granite counter tops. We love our new townhome!
