A few small things that were unacceptable. Two of the beds had sand in them and had to be washed before sleeping in them. Which confirmed it was not thoroughly cleaned. My bathroom had sand on floor also.

The unit was very clean and within close proximity to the beach and nearby businesses. Living area is very spacious. The kitchen, utility area, and bathrooms were well-stocked with more than expected. Mattresses on beds could afford to be upgraded, but were certainly not the worst. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Location of the unit was excellent in regards to where it is situated within Destin.

Truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. You can expect your needs to be anticipated while staying here. Easy check in, great communication, very clean (and my standards are high), lovely location, and view. We saw dolphins many times from the balcony. Hope to stay again soon!

We visited Destin for the first time and stayed at this property. The unit is beautiful and exactly as we expected based on the listing. The owner was incredibly responsive when a few minor issues popped up. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay at this unit again.

My family has been going to Destin for most of my life when we go to the beach. This was absolutely the best place we stayed that is 3 bedroom. AND IT HAS 3 BATHROOMS! I went with my mother, brother and his wife, husband and 2.5 yr old. This was perfect for us. The condo looks just as listed, amazing views and super cute decor. We will definitely return!
