This spectacular property has everything the savvy renter could wish for: pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, putting green, outdoor shower, quartz countertops, custom kitchen, fireplace, and much more
The kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, large quartz covered island and counters, apron sink and plenty of storage.
When not entertaining, enjoy the outside shower or relax in the custom-built pool and raised spa surrounded by mature landscaping and trees. The bathrooms offer beautiful glass tiles, custom cabinets and quartz counters.
The master suite has direct access to the patio with misters, pool and yard with an expansive seating area, gas fire pit and artificial turf putting green.
The private 4th bedroom is en-suite with separate Nest controlled A. C. unit and sliding door leading to the pool. True Palm Springs living.
**Please note that pool heating is optional and an extra 70.00 per day to heat to 86 degrees**
