The most beautiful condo we have ever stay in

We have stayed in several condos throughout the years, and we have to say that this one beats them all. Not so much as a dust bunny. We brought items with us that we didn't even need to bring as we have been at places in the same resort that literally have left visitors with nothing. We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted. This was a 100% a 10 if it would have let me leave a 10. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place, fantastic experience.

I can’t say enough about how nice the condo and TI resort are. The views are spectacular and the balcony is large and can accommodate the whole family or family and friends. Everything was so clean and well maintain. Everyday you would see a staff member at the resort cleaning something. Suzie is great to work with and is very accommodating. We have stayed at this condo for multiple years and we keep coming back because it is so great. And we will be back.

Each year we return to this beach home, for us, because each and every visit flows smoothly and as easy as a Sunday morning!

We love this unit! It is well located near multiple amenities! It is spacious, well stocked and well maintained! Suzie and staff are responsive to any minor concerns that may pop up from time to time and we feel comfortably at home here! The beach and the ocean call to us each year and Suzie answers perfectly for us with this unit!

Knowing you feel at home here and enjoy the location, amenities, and care we put into the unit is exactly what we hope for every guest. Truly relaxing vacation rental with breathtaking views!

The condo is absolutely wonderful ! Suzie has taken so much consideration to make our stay enjoyable and truly feel like a home away from home. She has thought of everything - from a fantastic coffee bar to portable beach chairs for relaxing in the ocean waves. Plus, the condo includes beach umbrella service, which makes our days on the sand even better. Suzie makes it super easy to return year after year and always treats us like family. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

A Perfect Dog-Friendly Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and the fact that it’s dog-friendly made it even better for us. Suzie was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. During our stay, the resort experienced power issues that were completely out of her control, which caused the washer to stop working. Rather than putting it off, she drove 2½ hours from her home to personally fix it. That level of customer service is hard to find. My brother stayed in another unit that he rented directly through Treasure Island, and you could definitely tell the difference. Renting directly from Suzie provided a much more personal experience and far better communication. The views from the ninth floor were absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time on the balcony. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo on Gorgeous Beach

We were there for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. Drove along 30A and highly recommend Rosemary Beach Seaside and Seacrest Beach. Pier Park is a great place for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and bars. The building was well-kept and pet friendly.

The set up of the condo is perfect and very nicely decorated. The patio is large and you have a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom. The bathrooms are large and also the closets. There are many hooks and towel bars and lots of storage room. The pool is a perfect size and getting down to the beach is very easy. This unit and the owner are exactly what I have been wanting to find for repeat visits.

Fantastic beach stay!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay this past week! The location was great. The condo was beautiful and Susie was consistently contacting us for easy check in, recommended places, and easy check out . Emails stated exactly what was expected laid it out perfectly. We plan on staying again in the near future. All the information forwarded to me ahead of time made the logistics of the trip almost nonexistent. Thanks again for sharing your place with my family.

Best week, wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed the first week of June 2024. The room was great. The view is absolutely amazing with plenty of seating on the patio . We have stayed at Treasure Island many times before and will continue to come back. Already booked for next year. It was nice to have a little cooler there in the condo we could use for the beach and pool. Condo was clean and taken care of. Loved having the chair rental included. Get down there early to reserve your spot for the time you are staying. Suzie was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had for her.

About Your Host — Suzie 🌊☀️ Hi, I'm Suzie — a Panama City Beach local who grew up with this beautiful coastline as my backyard. 🌴 The beach has always been my peaceful place — where life slows down, the emerald water puts everything in perspective and everything feels a little lighter. Some people discover PCB on vacation. I was lucky enough to grow up here. What started as a dream of owning a beachfront condo for my family turned into something I never expected — a genuine passion for sharing that same feeling with families and guests who love the coast as much as I do. Hundreds of 5-star reviews later I can honestly say this is more than a rental business. Every condo is personally managed by me — not a call center, not a property management company. Just me, genuinely invested in making sure your family has the vacation you've been dreaming about. I think about the details — organic sheets on every bed, a fully stocked kitchen, exclusive discount codes waiting in your welcome packet — because I know how much a great vacation means to a family. I'm always just a message away and quick to respond. When something needs attention our in-house maintenance team handles it fast. You're never on your own here. This is my home. And for a week — it's yours. 🌊 That's The Sunshine Difference. ☀️

Coastal Treasure #904 was chosen for guests who want a more peaceful and elevated beachfront experience 🌊☀️ The Elevated Advantage: Located on the 9th floor of Treasure Island Resort, this condo offers a level of privacy and calm that lower floors simply can’t match. Being higher up means you enjoy sweeping, panoramic Gulf views, soft natural light, and a significantly quieter, more tranquil atmosphere away from pool and foot traffic noise. Built-In Vacation Savings: We explicitly include FREE seasonal beach service (two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella) from March to October. Your spot on the sugar-white sand is reserved and waiting for you every single day of your stay, saving your family hundreds of dollars in rental fees! A Slower, Effortless Pace: This space is tailor-made for those who prefer a relaxing rhythm—morning coffee on a quiet balcony, spectacular sunset views, fewer distractions, and a deeply peaceful connection to the Gulf. Full Resort Luxury: While your condo feels like a private sanctuary, you still have full access to everything the resort offers. Enjoy the massive beachfront pool, relaxing hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access just steps from your elevator. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a quiet family getaway, or simply a break from the noise of everyday life, this condo was designed to feel comfortable, deeply restful, and effortlessly coastal 🌴

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes Coastal Treasure #904 special is its elevated, peaceful position within Treasure Island Resort 🌊☀️ Located the 8th floor, this condo offers a more private and relaxed beachfront experience compared to lower-level units. Guests love the sense of calm here—fewer distractions, softer sounds of the resort below, and beautiful open views of the Gulf. The balcony becomes your personal retreat in the sky—perfect for slow mornings, quiet reading, or watching sunsets over the water in a more serene setting. While still enjoying full access to the beach and resort amenities, you get the added benefit of space, quiet, and elevation that makes the stay feel more exclusive and restful. Free beach service (chairs + umbrella, March–October) is included, so your beach days are effortless 🌴 Inside, the layout is spacious and comfortable, with two king bedrooms, a bunk area for kids, and an open living space designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and unwinding. This is the ideal stay for guests who want a calmer, more elevated beachfront escape while still being close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer.
