New Rental! Close to Wolf Creek, Fish San Juan River, Escape the crowds

Swiss Village is located in the San Juan River Village area about 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs, just 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area, with very quick and easy access to HWY 160.

This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the cabin through a mud room / laundry room. Down a short hall is the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a new smart TV, internet only, cozy couches and chairs, with wonderful views of the mountains and forest. The dining room is large enough for the gang to play games and enjoy meals. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area, as well as, access to the deck where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to feed the gang.

Down the hall is a queen bedroom with new smart TV, a large bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it has a nice sauna to relax after a full day.

Up the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One room has a queen bed and a new smart TV. The other bedroom has a queen, a TV with DVD and VHS player.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home is NOT pet friendly.

This home does not have AC.

This home is a beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy and you will be enjoying the true Colorado mountain experience.

Very Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and comfortable. A little closer to the main highway than I realized so there was a bit of road noise. But very comfortable stay.

Loved our stay!

We love pagosa!! We make it a point to go every year! The house was amazing, however make sure you have 4wd because the driveway WILL NEED IT! We have a 2nd suburban and had to chain up to get in and out the drive way. No big deal though as it didn’t take away from our visit. Our kids even locked us out and the host were amazing and ran a key to get us back in!! Definitely give 5 stars and A+ rating! Beds were comfy house was very clean and accommodating!

Swiss Cabin review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was just ok for our stay in the area. The sheets and towels were clean, however, the furniture (couches, living room chair, dining room seat cushions) were stained and made it feel not very clean. I had to brush crumbs off of the couches and chair upon our arrival.The deck and deck furniture were covered in pollen upon our arrival as well. I'm sure this is not easy to keep up with, but the deck furniture should have been cleaned off and the deck blown/swept off before we got there. Instead, we had to do this to be able to enjoy the deck the evening we arrived.At one place, the listing showed that the cabin had easy access to the highway. That is true because the cabin is right off the highway. You can see cars and trucks passing by from the deck, and you can hear the traffic from inside the cabin.

Great property

The area was beautiful, cabin was clean and larger than expected. My only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom had a strange smell and there was not place to put your soaps in the shower. Other than that it was a great stay!
