Look no more! New Build in 2024. The home has everything you'll need plus more! Escape to this lovely house in picturesque Pagosa Springs. This charming property offers 4 bedrooms which includes a king, 2 queens, and 2 twins, as well as a soaking tub in the Master Bath. The home is spacious and makes it easy for large groups to enjoy. An open concept kitchen/dining/living room plus a bonus loft area with a futon for the kids to watch their own T.V. shows. Guest will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. There is an expansive deck off the living room as well as a small private deck off the master, both with excellent river views. Enjoy your time in Pagosa Springs at our peaceful and relaxing house.

Located 6 miles east to the town of Pagosa which offer lots to do and explore. There is the Worlds Deepest Hot Springs, river rafting & tubing, fishing, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, and plenty of dining and shops to experience.

Wolf Creek Ski Area is known for having the most snow in Colorado and is a short drive (only 17 miles) from the home.

San Juan River Village is a quaint subdivision. There are a couple of stocked ponds located in the Village and you'll have private access to the San Juan River right from the front yard of the home.

You'll wake to the tranquil sound of the river plus mountain views. Yes, it’s all right here.

The river on one side of the home and the National Forrest on the other. This is not only a beautiful home but a spectacular location.

We also offer RV/camper parking and are dog friendly with an additional fee.
Plenty of parking available.

Like I said, look no more, you will love this place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Pagosa Springs! The setting right on the San Juan River was absolutely perfect-peaceful, scenic, and relaxing. The weather couldn’t have been better, and we loved having great restaurants and hiking trails just a short drive away. One of the highlights of our trip was taking the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad….highly recommend. Tina and Robert were fantastic hosts-very responsive, thoughtful and helpful during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again.

We stayed in this house for 21 days in August 2026 and found it to be a wonderful place … the property owners were fabulous and very accommodating and helpful . They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Riverside Mountain Retreat

Wonderful, peaceful stay at this wonderfully appointed riverside mountain retreat. Located 10 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs. Excellent and supportive communications with owners.

San Juan Sanctuary

Well appointed household located on the banks of the San Juan River. Skiing (25 minutes away) at Wolf Creek was epic. All brand new appliances and furnishings, huge comfortable decks while only minutes from town.

Home away from home

The view is spectacular! The cabin has everything you can think of, and kitchen is so well stocked. Communication with the host was easy. There were 6 of us that stayed and everyone had ample amount of space. We all agreed it’s by far our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in, and will be booking again!

San Juan Mountains

This property is amazing!!! The views are gorgeous. It sits on the river and it is unbelievable! The large garage fit our big diesel truck. The kitchen opening up to the living area was perfect! It was a very short drive to downtown pagosa springs and to wolf creek for skiing. The pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing vacation!

Loved this property!!

We had such a great experience overall! The property was in a beautiful location and the host, Tina, was so easy to communicate with! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the family while we were there! Lots of board games to choose from for evenings with the family and I LOVED that she had a pack 'n' play and infant/toddler toys available! That was a wonderful touch for people traveling with little ones like ourselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect!

Husband and I were looking for a waterfront scenic, comfortable place to stay for a little relaxation. This was exactly what we got at Robert and Tina’s house! Quiet neighborhood, sound of flowing water we could hear from the deck with morning coffee, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, most completely stocked kitchen I’ve ever been in for a rental! House is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, with an eye for maximizing the view of the river. We had a little trouble with the garage door opener and the washer/dryer situation was not perfect but Robert was responsive each time and very informative about activities in the area. It was just the two of us this time but we’d like to go back with grandkids to fully utilize the upstairs AND they were tremendously impressed with our pictures of the bear in the living room! Thanks y’all, for having us!

When you see so many glowing reviews, you wonder if a place can truly live up to the praise - this one absolutely does and then some! From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special.I brought my chef's knives and a few kitchen gadgets just in case. You do not need anything, promise. The kitchen is stocked with tools even gourmet chefs would love. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space. Every corner of the home feels thoughtfully prepared.The house is immaculate, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and soft, cozy linens. The clawfoot tub is wonderful for unwinding, and the showers are superb. Loved having 3 full bathrooms and a half bath. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views so breathtaking you feel like you’re sitting inside a painting. We spent hours just enjoying the scenery.Outdoor spaces are equally impressive. Parking in the garage is simple and convenient, and the spacious decks off the master and the living room became our favorite places to watch the river in the morning and evenings. Everywhere you look, there’s another beautiful moment.The hosts deserve special praise - they are warm, generous, and incredibly responsive. It’s clear how much care they put into making the stay exceptional. They truly have thought of everything.By the time we left, we genuinely didn’t want to go. This place is a rare gem, and staying here was pure joy. We hope to come back soon.

Gorgeous home, riverfront views & wonderful hosts!

Our family booked this beautiful home to spend the holiday this year. The home itself is wonderful - spacious, comfortable, cozy, perfect for the winter holiday. It was a great location close to Pagosa Springs (about a 10 min drive), not right in town where it is busier during the holidays. A nice 1-car garage with stairs to enter the house, which was nice for bringing in suitcases. Highlights included the big windows in the living room for natural sunlight to come in and the views of the river, trees are spectacular. You can’t beat the views out of every window. Provided a peaceful space for our family, including the dogs! Who spent most of the time sleeping next to the gas fireplace. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds, each had their own fireplace units in the walls and we were comfortable the entire time. The host even called us and let us know how to use the remotes. The home is dog friendly! A huge plus for us. We appreciate greatly the dog-friendly aspect as they are part of the family! We did. it have kiddos with us but it would be a great spot if you did have kids as well. A lot of great shopping & restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls & yule log from Pagosa Springs bakery. The hosts, Robert & Tina were very friendly and checked in and were so helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here!
