Great property management. It’s a bit outdated but to us it just adds to the mountain charm. Everything worked as it should. I recommend.

Red River Condo

We were very happy with the spaciousness of the condo and the way it was equipped. We hosted dinner for 12 people for 2 nights and we had plenty of plates and silverware. Bathrooms were a little cramped and there were stains on the carpet but otherwise everything was great.

Unable to enter property when arriving . Had to call several times to reach representative to get a new code . The property needs carpets either replaced or cleaned but otherwise was satisfied with accommodations for price

Renter Beware

This rental unit has not been maintained or cleaned well. Mouse sticky trap in closet, Horrible looking carpet with rips and tears, bedroom ceiling fan broke where had to unscrew light bulbs to have lights off and use fan, horrible very old looking box spring in one bedroom, stains on couches, smelly old enclosed carpeted stairway to get to room, broken wooden chair on porch that could not be sat in, dirty dishes were still in dishwasher, could not get tv in either bedroom to work, one is very outdated tv, had to re-hang one side of curtains in living room to even be able to close them. Getting to your 5 day vacation rental and finding this is very disturbing. Even if the owners were to offer to move us to any of their other units we knew the same people cleaned and should have reported these problems. NOT the one renting the unit the day they arrived for their vacation. Keep looking if you come across another Skyview Condos listing.
