The entire estate is built out on a point of land with water on three sides Blue Lagoon is unlike anything else on the island. Spanning several lots and boasting over 500' of beachfront, this property has the best of both worlds. A private protected sand bar with acres of sand that is always calm and perfect for kids. A private cove to watch the sunsets and a Cay with its own private beach just steps away.

Sugar Beach stretches to the west, perfect for an evening stroll. This house is perfect for a large family or a trip with your friends. It has a main house which is almost completely glass on the ocean side with two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a third bedroom as well. The property has two guest cottages as well,. The main house is perched right out on point of land where the ocean meets the lagoon and the lapping water and the magical view is breathtaking. The sunrise cottage, has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living area and kitchenette. The Sunrise Cottage is perched right on the edge of sand bar with an amazing private deck and a few yards from the most beautiful beach on the Island. The Sunset Cottage has the same two bedroom, two bath, living and kitchenette layout as well. It is right on the edge of the ocean facing west towards Sugar Beach. A few palm trees are the only thing between this cottage and the protected Lagoon cove. The three buildings and the oceanfront pool are all connected by paths which are close together yet unparalleled privacy. The entire property is comprised of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a three sided glass great room, state of the art kitchen on the nicest lot in Exuma. The protected cove makes a perfect spot for anchoring a boat as even in strong winds, that area is always calm. Great internet, RO water throughout the property and a diesel back up generator should power every go out...we got your perfect vacation experience covered!

Best vrbo experience thus far. House and host were amazing. We unfortunately came right before a hurricane was about to come so winds were 30 mph. However the lagoon around the house was still flat calm and our saving grace. Such a beautiful spot. We didn’t even want to leave!

Epic Family Vacation

Blue Lagoon is the perfect property for all ages. We spent our days snorkeling, kayaking and relaxing in calm water. We love this property so much we can’t wait to visit again!

It was a wonderful place to stay! The homes were comfy and lovely…the water was spectacular!!! The mosquitoes, flies and no see’ems were plentiful so bug spray is a must!!

Great for Families!

The house is amazing! Even on the windiest of days, the lagoon is calm and can be enjoyed by everyone. Having the Kayaks on the premises allowed for additional enjoyment. Breathtaking views the moment you enter the door!

Paradise in Little Exuma

We had a fantastic vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the house and property. The views were amazing and we loved spending time by the lazy river. The house was well stocked, mattress & pillows were very comfortable. We had a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and had enough room for everyone and they were all very happy with the property. We hope to come back to the Blue Lagoon next year!

Incredible Location

The house was absolutely beautiful and right on a secluded beach. The beach is just steps from the door and the natural cove is an amazing spot for kids of all ages to play and kayaking in the ocean and up the channel was out of this world. The host was a pleasure to deal with and the house was spacious with incredible views. I will definitely be coming back.

UNIQUE LOCATION!

The property is about 45min-1hr away from the airport but once you arrive, it is paradise. New construction and very clean. Will definitely come back again. :)

Simply beyond words....

When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!

Executive Retreat

First off, let me say this property was UNBELIEVABLE! Views for days. Judy was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We were treated like royalty. This house would be perfect for family, friends or executive retreats. I would absolutely recommend this property and definitely go back. Paradise!

My 60th birthday bash

We could not have picked a better location for my 60th birthday. The house was so well appointed… we had everything we needed and more. The location is so private and secluded we felt like we were the only ones on the island! I can’t say enough great things about Judy and her team. Dean is the best host on the island. Beautiful Blue Lagoon

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at Blue Lagoon. The well appointed home is stunning with simply incredible ocean views! We spent our days floating in the gorgeous cove and exploring the quiet beaches nearby. Blue Lagoon is the perfect place to get away from it all and truly relax on vacation! The house manager, Judy, and her team were awesome in helping us with rental cars, in-home chefs and arranging boat excursions. Thank you, Dean, for being an amazing and responsive host!

Absolutely Amazing

The property was beautiful beyond words with breathtaking views from all areas of the home. Never have I seen waters so blue or sunrises so majestic. Dean, the property owner was responsive with any questions and gave great recommendations on places to visit and eat. It was a fantastic week of relaxation and exploration. Excellent Vacation

This was a vacation with our work crew. “Wow!” Is all I have to say after staying a week at Blue Lagoon. It’s hard to put into words all the beauty and relaxation we took in for the week. Dean’s property is amazing and we were taken care of the whole time by his wonderful property manager, Judy. We are leaving with so many wonderful memories. Exuma has our heart!

Found paradise!

Best house we’ve ever rented! Great location! Wonderful host and concierge. They can arrange everything you wish for! The house is wonderfully equipped and that view…..that view is just amazing! We spent one week with friends and we loved every minute! There is so much to explore around the house! Make sure to bring a lot of sunscreen and some bug spray. We can highly recommend that property! Thank you Dean and team!

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Secluded Beach!

The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. Anything we needed, Judy, the property manager, saw that it was taken care of promptly. This is our 6th year in a row vacationing in the Exumas and definitely our favorite home!

Amazing views and perfect for families!

This was our second trip to Exuma with our three children (ages 14, 11 and 9) and this time we came with friends and their 8 year old daughter. This property was perfect for us, plenty of room, everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and Judy the property manager made sure we had everything we needed! The house is set in a perfect location with a lagoon that gets waist high at the most during high tide which makes it perfect for children of all ages to play, swim, snorkel and explore! You can also go kayaking thru the mangrove or to the open ocean and visit other beaches besides the one right at your doorstep. We all had an amazing time and did not want to leave but will definitely be back to this amazing island and property!

Relaxing family Christmas in Exuma

This was our first time and Exuma. We loved that the island is quiet and does not support large resorts and the crowds accompanying them. Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. We used the provisioning service provided by the property manager, Judy. There were some issues; items were out of stock due to the time they shopped. We cooked all of our meals at home except two dinners out. The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which is always a concern of ours. The outdoor spaces and the view were amazing! We spent our days on the beach, kayaking and snorkeling in the calm water. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Unbelievable and unforgettable

Probably the best property our family has rented in the 15 years of traveling together on our annual trip. Our party of 12 was blown away. The location is so unique and absolutely gorgeous. Your own kayak “river”, private sandbar, private little beach (not to mention the beach just a few steeps over the rocks. Snorkeling just out the back door just yards from the private beach. The host took amazing care of us and the owner was great to communicate with. The host arranged for taxis, rental cars, chef prepared meals, massages in the villa, spear fishing, boat trips to the pigs, chat n chill, sandbar, pirates of the Caribbean beach….. just to name a few. All were outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Do not hesitate. This is the one.

Our stay was amazing. The property has absolutely everything. Privacy and beauty everywhere. We even found a great snorkeling spot essentially right off the property. The lazy river was great. There is a private beach nearby if you explore around. Both the owner and property manager were very nice and helpful too. I was nervous before we left because everything seemed almost too easy. However, Judy was at the airport with our vehicle and Check-in at the property was also simple. It is a bit off the beaten path and away from nightlife, but that was perfect for us. I would suggest 4WD on any vehicle rented. With that said, I highly recommend this place.

A Dream Getaway in Paradise!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our vacation experience at this property in Little Exuma. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was stunning—pristine, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters were absolutely breathtaking, and we had direct access to some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches. We snorkeled right on the property, went kayaking and enjoyed boat trips to secluded sandbars and lobster fishing. It felt like we had our own little slice of paradise. The manager Judy was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and responsive to every question or request. They truly made sure our stay hassle-free and memorable. If you’re considering a vacation at the Blue Lagoon don’t hesitate to book! This was one of the best trips we’ve ever had, and we’re already planning our next trip!

Dream Vacation Spot

Incredible! From the moment you walk in the door you know you've chosen the right place for a dream vacation! Private, perfectly located, lots to explore or the best place to just sit and soak it all in. An inviting atmosphere where every detail has been carefully considered. Our kids didn't touch their electronics this whole trip - and not just the kids, my husband and I found there was always something to explore and enjoy right here on the property and because of the unique location it didn't matter if it was windy, our shoreline was always beautiful and calm. Soft sandy beach right out front, if you throw on a mask and peek in the mangroves you will find what looked like an aquarium of tropical fish! The hosts are second to none, quick to respond and make sure you are well taken care of. We loved every moment of our stay at this property, I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Best Trip Ever

I celebrated my 40th birthday in the Exumas with friends and family that all traveled in from the states. I have no words to describe this property and our experience on this island except for AMAZING. The photos do not do this property justice. It is breathtaking from the minute you enter the property. There are things to do for all ages. The private sandbar and mangrove kayaking is such a benefit to have because the open ocean at other beaches/properties can be overwhelming, especially for kids. Judy the property manager was the best I've experienced. She is well known throughout the island and can handle all requests without skipping a beat. She was beyond accommodating. We highly recommend renting a boat for a day or 2 and touring the Exumas. There is so much to explore.

This is the fourth house I have built in Exuma. We had been looking for years for a property that our family wanted to eventually move to. After years of work we secured this property and built the house of our dreams. With our kids still young, we are not able to be there as much as we would like so we are renting it for select weeks and hope others can enjoy the most magical spot on the Exuma!
