Home is as shown and described. Comfortable layout for adults and children. The amenities are breath taking; never tire of the water view and access. Use the kayaks! You are at a distance from stores, so plan your provisions. The locals are so kind, thanks to them for sharing their beautiful Exuma. Will need a repeat of this stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Exuma. The home was exactly as promoted - clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, making everything seamless. The pool was fantastic, and having direct access to such a beautiful beach was a real highlight. The scenery is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water, white sand, and stunning views created the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying everything Exuma has to offer.Overall, this was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a beautiful beachfront property with an attentive host and incredible surroundings, we highly recommend it.

The villa itself is absolutely exceptional. It is beautifully maintained, exactly as pictured, clean, well-stocked, and sits on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach we've ever experienced. The owners were responsive, courteous, and clearly care about their home, and it truly shows. We would not hesitate to recommend the property itself.Unfortunately, our experience with their property management team and the coordination of guest services was very different. Throughout our stay, transportation and several pre-arranged services required repeated follow-up, experienced significant delays, or lacked proactive communication. While unexpected issues can happen anywhere—especially on an island—timely updates and realistic expectations would have made a tremendous difference. Instead, the repeated uncertainty made it difficult to plan our days and had a meaningful impact on our vacation.Overall, we loved the villa and Exuma, and we genuinely believe this home deserves its outstanding reputation. With stronger communication and more consistent coordination from the property management team, this would easily have been a perfect stay.

Paradise!!

Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time!

Debbie and I first set foot on Exuma in January, 2015 and quickly fell in love with the island. We'd rented a great friend's property on Little Exuma and had heard about the turquoise color of the ocean, the powder white sand, the people, the relaxed atmosphere, but being there to experience it first hand impacted us in ways we hadn't imagined, there was no turning back.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Having fallen in love with Exuma, we began looking for oceanfront property to build our home in the spring of 2015. We viewed properties on the south and north side of the island, on both Great Exuma and Little Exuma and decided after seeing most of the island, Little Exuma was where we wanted to be because of it's natural beauty and the relaxed, friendly and peaceful atmosphere we experienced. We wanted beachfront property and we were fortunate enough to find and acquire our 1/2 acre beachfront piece of paradise on the ocean, in a setting that offered wonderful privacy nestled among native Silver Thatch Palm Trees, while at same time being part of a community of beautiful surrounding estate villa's. We broke ground in December, 2016 and were ready to share our new villa with guests starting Dec 15, 2017

この宿泊施設の特徴

Private, beachfront setting, breathtaking ocean views, close to local ocean side restaurants, villa is spacious with large central Great Room and infinity pool with grand surrounding deck and all the amenities we could think of to offer our guests a one of a kind Exuma, Bahamas vacation experience. Luxurious finishing with upscale Pottery barn furniture and decor.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. We will try to accommodate other options if it is possible. Please contact us and we will do our best. Due to the Caribbean environment, we cannot guarantee weather, wind, sand shift with tide changes that may happen on occasion.
