Luxury one bedroom, full kitchen and glass shower bathroom. Located on the lower level of our new guest house Thevine II (land is next door /adjacent to our main house land Thevine 1). Swimming pool, kayaks, tiki bar, hand made sand beach with beautiful lounge chairs and over the water gazebo.
Lush garden. Boat dock. Nice and large covered porch. Starlink internet. Water reverse Osmosis system & UV. Generator propane for back up for electricity shortage.
**we, owner, have the upper level apartment above and we use it when we come to Exuma. It is never rented **

As a host myself, our stay could not have been better! We had originally booked another vrbo listing because this was not available during the dates that we were going to be there. The other listing we booked was not as described, dirty, had lots of spiders and didn't have any hot water (which was not specified). As we were checking for other listings available we saw that this Thevine house was open due to some of their family not coming in town during New Years. We booked right away and arrive to a smiling host ready to welcome us. The guest house was EXTREMELY clean and not a spider in site. I was very impressed as most of the places round would say "it's because we're on a island" when in reality, I believe they just don't spray/clean frequently enough as again, there weren't any bugs, ants, or spiders. The AC worked lovely and the water was fully functional and hot:) We enjoyed how gorgeous the backyard was with the dock, sandy beach and pool. It was lovely. We had a boat that we were able to dock there and they had plenty of hoses to spray off any salt water to not corrode our fishing equipment. The hosts ended up sharing some fish they had caught during the day spear fishing and even shared a bit of bate for our fishing trip. They invited us out on the boat and we were able to go spear fishing with them! It was quite the adventure and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I can't wait to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Thevine house celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We rented a boat for 3 days from Drex (highly recommend this) and used the kayaks/paddle boards the other days. The most spectacular beach was right across from the house! If we ever return, we would definitely stay here again! It was nice to meet Yvon too. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

We stayed at The Vine II for 5 days in August 2025. This was an anniversary trip and it was perfect in every way! We took our first trip to Exuma in 2016 staying in a home very close to this one and fell in love with Moriah Cay, so we were excited to be back. The apartment is beyond perfect for a couple. It's small, but it certainly doesn't feel small. I've never stayed in a more thoughtful and functional space. We had everything we needed and then some! We are nesters and like to unpack and really live in the space and we had more than enough storage space and drawers to do so. The kitchen and bathroom are so well designed. The outdoor space is phenomenal. The view is second to none! It felt like we were staying in a posh resort. We usually do a lot of adventuring on our vacations, but we didn't feel a need to while staying here. We were able to truly relax and refresh our souls. We were lucky to have the space to ourselves for most of our stay. We do feel we should note that if there are people staying in the home next door (The Vine), even though well secluded, you do hear them, especially if they're a bit rowdy. If you have a large family, renting both homes would be perfect! The owners have created a FABULOUS space and have thought about everything you would need to have the perfect island vacation.

Heaven on earth!

Our experience was excellent. The landscaping around the property made it an incredible private oasis. We enjoyed the amenities included with the property. We took full advantage of the double kayak to explore Moriah Harbour. This a highlight allowing us to see countless aquatic life (lemon sharks, stingrays, turtles and crabs). After lots of time exploring, it was incredible to have the pool to take a quick dip to cool off. We spent many evenings down at the waterfront sitting on the dock just chilling while watching the sun set. Amazing stay!

Thevine Guest House was perfect for my husband and I…we absolutely loved the location and the property. The grounds are so spacious and the added plants and trees truly make you feel secluded and on your own little island. We loved having the dock to use for our rental boat and we enjoyed just sitting outside in the mornings drinking our coffee. The house was perfect for just the two of us and had absolutely everything you would need. The caretaker was quick to respond as well. We are looking forward to booking again and bringing our extended family so they can stay at the main house and fall in love with Exuma too!

The most unforgettable holiday

We've traveled and stayed in many places around the world but this place in Exuma was without a doubt the best vacation we've ever had. Honestly, I’m tempted to gatekeep this gem because we’re already planning our return as soon as possible.The Exumas are breathtaking, and this home made our experience truly unforgettable. The accommodation is modern, beautifully designed, and equipped to a very high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep I’ve had. Everything you could possibly need is provided: snorkels, kayaks, paddle boards—you name it.What truly made the stay stand out were the hosts, Nathalie and Yvon. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Yvon, in particular, was exceptionally generous with his time—inviting us out in George Town and taking us on boat adventures in his dinghy. It made the trip feel even more personal and memorable.Waking up each morning to sea turtles and stingrays just outside the house, and being so close to Moriah Cay, was magical. This place is truly flawless and now holds a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to return. Thank you!!

You won’t be disappointed!!!

My husband and I stayed at Thevine House during our recent stay and we have agreed this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Moriah Harbour is beautiful area full of natural beauty. Nathalie is a wonderful host and Mrs Burrows is at your service quickly if needed. The house has an excellent layout and everything you could possibly need during your stay. The view from the top veranda is a postcard view and all the kayaks and paddle boards come in handy! Courtney is a great contact for authentic food and we had a great time on a bone fishing excursion with Drex. Thank you so much for so many great memories!

The place was “TheVine”

The Vine 2 apartment was absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. The owners ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay. The size of the apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals and dining on the terrace and under the pergola. Its location is ideal for unwinding and taking in the breathtaking 50 shades of blue in the water. We made great use of the kayaks, exploring the islands and sandbanks. We also rented a car to explore the island from north to south. We highly recommend this place and its location—you won't regret it!

Wonderful Week in Paradise!

This was our 4th trip to Exuma and we chose this property based on its location in the Mariah Harbor area close to The Cut. It was such a nice place for just the 2 of us. Super clean and beyond beautiful property which was obviously planned for privacy from the neighboring houses. Thr property, inside and out, was immaculate. Desereen was so helpful and did our pre-arrival grocery shopping. She was attentive, helpful and always friendly. We cannot recommend this property more for 2 solo travelers. It is sooooo peaceful there. Perfection!!

A wonderful retreat for exhausted parents!!

Location was very quiet. Great access to park, beaches and lazy river via kayaks. Rented a boat and docked it for a few days. Very well appointed VRBO, we cannot recommend enough for a couples retreat. Fridge was stocked with everything we needed for our stay!

Spectacular

Second time back the Thevine 2 and it has to be the best place to stay! I even have trip 3 planned! This time I had the Honor and privilege of meeting the owners of this amazing place. Nathalie , Yvon and there beautiful family, It was so great to meet you! You have a beautiful family and you both are so very warm and friendly that we felt like family! The home is beautiful, spotless and comfortable! Every attention to detail to make you feel comfortable and actually better than being at home, was brilliant! The view and location has to be the best on Exuma! Thank you for everything! I will be back and hope to see you all again ❤️

LOVE this place!

My partner and I stayed at Thevine House ll last year in December and knew when we left that we'd be going back again. The apartment is very well appointed with high end fixtures and furnishings - tasteful throughout. The private deck, gardens, pool, gazebo out over the water, view of Moriah Harbour Cay - all stunning. A true gem that just leaves you wanting to spend more time there.

Perfect Get Away on Moriah Harbour

Thevine II guesthouse was perfect for my husband and I; perfect size and well appointed and maintained. The property is amazing, with a spectacular view of the peaceful harbor. The bed was very comfortable and included 600+ thread count sheets. Everything in the kitchen was in excellent condition and we had all the kitchen tools needed to make meals. We used the pool, SUP boards and kayaks while we were there. There was no construction going on nearby while we there at all - so we had an extremely peaceful stay which is what I desperately needed after several stressful months at work. Communication with Nathalie was always timely and friendly. We highly highly recommend this place to others, especially for a couple or small family who like to be near the harbor. One of the best rentals we’ve had on the island - and this was our 10th visit here.

Perfect Small Retreat

Thevine Guest House II is the perfect retreat for two. Exceptionally clean. Excellent amenities (including top-of-the-line appliances). There were people on both sides of us but we hardly noticed them because of the smart layout of the property. Our host and the property caretakers were devine - at Thevine.
