it smelled so delightful and it was very clean. Everything was immaculate. Everything had his own place even had a few extra groceries or items that we could use. The space was to die for my husband and I really enjoyed our stay there in the view from the balcony was amazing.

We had a great stay at this property! There was a small hiccup with the door code but Mellie answered by 4am text and got isn’t squared away very quickly. Will definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun! We parked on arrival and never got in the car until we were ready to leave. While all ages were there I did notice the facilities are easy to maneuver for mature visitors. However the condo had so much to have babies with the gear. I love the Starbucks, snack bar and multiple bars being so close.

Our stay was the perfect relaxing vacay!!! Our unit was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay!!! Our host was very expedient with helpful responses to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Could not have asked for a better ocean view for dolphin watching! Even captured a video of manatees and sting ray swimming along the shoreline from our balcony. Look forward to returning next year

Great vacation at the beach!

Check-in was very easy. We were provided with the door excess code ahead of time and the parking garage code. The condo was very neat, clean and beautiful. Everything that we could need was provided in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay.

This was my family’s third year renting this unit. The unit is still just as beautiful this time around as it was our last visit!! This is definitely our go-to spot when visiting PCB. Location is ideal, accommodations are wonderful, and all the extra amenities are amazing!! Owners are nice and very prompt with responses to any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely be staying again, we love it there!!

Had a great family vacation. Easy communication with owner. Very kind. No fault of the owner, but it was frustrating to take 3 elevators to get from room to beach to car. Great trip!!!

Yearly PCB Vacay

The condo was exactly as stated, very clean, very accommodating. The owner was very prompt at getting back with us if we needed anything. The availability of the two beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have. We were on vacation with our friends and to have the extra bathroom was also a plus for them to have a bathroom of their own.

4 Days Away

Perfect location the view was beautiful the only not perfect thing was the shower/tub in the master it has a deep nice tub but not so great if you want to shower the step in is huge and susceptible to slipping and falling we used the other shower and it was fine I would still highly recommend this condo for a beach trip!

Wonderful stay and great location!

Clean and well maintained. Great location with awesome amenities. Host was always quick to respond and was very accommodating with an early check in and ensured we had everything needed for our little one. We hope to stay again!

Outstanding!!!

This was perfect unit for my daughter and I for Springbreak. She had her own bed space and place to hang out. The living area was outstanding and she lived in the round spinny chair. Her cousins live locally and were able to sit and play some of the board games during the rainy days we had. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Phenomenal view!

This was our first time at this resort and let me tell you it did not disappoint! We have zero complaints about anything! We found the room with no problems! The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful if we had questions. The host was very pleasant and made it a very easy stay! The unit was overly stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. An abundance of towels for showers and such. Nice big bathrooms, very comfortable furniture. The view.....was the best view ive personally ever seen, especially sunrise and sunset! We had a fantastic time!!!!

Spring Break

This was a great place for my family of 4 to spend a few days of our spring break. We would love to stay here again and I’d recommend the resort and condo to family and friends. It had everything we needed and the owners responded quickly when I had questions. The beach chairs were an amazing addition!

BEST STAY AT PANAMA CITY BEACH!

You won't regret staying here. We have stayed at Emerald Beach before. None of those were as good as this one. Better than the pictures depict.

We also enjoy so much of the new - Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, and a quick drive down 30A for lunch at Rosemary Beach.
