VANINA is a charming flat two steps from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. It is spacious and very bright thanks to its large south-west facing French windows.

On the fourth floor with an elevator, you will appreciate its balcony which surrounds the living room and can be used to enjoy your aperitif or read a book.

This flat is just a few minutes from the Negresco, the Beaux-Arts Museum and the Russian Orthodox Church.

You can explore Nice easily on foot, by bike or by tram, with the tram stop less than 5 minutes away.

Spacious apartment with lots of windows and close to lots of shopping. and everything Nice has to offer. Quiet neighborhood. Needs a coffee table.

Size of unit living area, very modern and clean inside The main balcony had old shades on the floor very annoying we moved them to one side also the balcony and especially laundry balcony very dirty. Bedroom fan did not work and shower hose had a leak.

La vitesse de réponse de la conciergerie lors de nos demandes. Le logement est très intéressant, clair, pratique J’ai relavé les planchers. Les bordures de planchers près des murs et derrière les portes n’étaient pas propres. Il manque une poêle à frire plus grande car celle présente colle tous les aliments.

Der Balkon konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, weil Baumaterialien auf der gesamten Länge herumlagen. Früh morgens war es bereits sehr laut.
