Great location for virtually everything. A minor point, but a better selection of glassware perhaps.

Love the location on the Promenade des Anglais. A secure building nd the maintenance staff does a great job. Add safety hand holds in the shower and more towel hooks.

The apartment location is excellent. Rooftop pool is very nice and has an amazing view… but staying inside the apartment was almost unbearable, because of absence of the air conditioner. Otherwise the apartment was nice and clean. Would be nice for the early spring or fall stay.

So clean with everything you could need in lovely block which had ideal location. No radio or English TV but we are unusual without mobile phones!

Sunny Nice

The location is wonderful, across from the Prom and the Méditerranean. It really is azure blue. And the weather was great every day. Add safety handholds in the shower it’s dangerous. I slipped twice. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Thoroughly enjoyable

The apartment is wonderfully situated for all amenities. It is spacious, has a large shower and kitchen works well. Two small downers, the bed and seating are a little low for older guests, and a change of bed linen would have been appreciated on a 4 week rental. We appreciated being able to stay an extra couple of hours on the day of our departure and the last-minute arrangement of airport transfer. Thanks. We had a fabulous holiday.

This was the worst place we stayed. First, the bed squeaked every time you rolled over, there was dirt underneath the bed, no fans whatsoever in the middle of July (no ac) and after requesting fans, it took an entire day and wasn’t until the evening that we received it. We could not open windows because fruit flies were taking over the apartment and the noise level outside would prevent us from sleeping at night. No screens to prevent fruit flies from coming in. The door to get into the apartment or so incredibly challenging that only one member of our party could open it. When leaving , we observed another apartment that had all the hinges and door knob taken off as a result of frustration of trying to get into the apartment. The furniture including coffee table was broken, heater falling off the wall and the rest of the apartment looked like 2nd hand furniture. Beware there were no amenities whatsoever! One tiny roll of toilet paper and we were responsible for all of it. Communication was through an app which prevented one to one contact and could not even communicate until 10:00 am. I suggest a deep clean, ac or fans as website was dishonest and a bed that is not out of a box. Unfortunately, we were ready to leave Nice because of our horrible 3rd world living accommodations. Completely unacceptable for the French Rivera.
